After enjoying the original Space Blaster I thought I'd pick up the Turbo game and I'm very glad that I did. The game improves on the original in all areas. It has more game modes, more ships, more music, and loads more challenges. To top it all off it's now on Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and Steam. The game is really addictive, it **** you in like good old retro games did. Playing co-op doubles the fun and the new Colony mode is probably the best mode in the game. I this mode you have to blow-up loads of alien space ships and rescue astronauts at the same time. The mode has a boss and is a real challenge to complete. The graphics are the same hand-drawn style as the first game, they look nice and have some detail but are nothing mind blowing. The music and sound is absolutely amazing, Depeche Mode style synth tracks blast out and cute hi-pitched cries of help can be heard from the floating astronauts. Over all the game is amazing especially for such a low price, at $4.99 the game is an absolute steal, go grab a copy now and start blasting those spaceships. **Switch digital version reviewed**

Addictive space shooter that is hard to put down. A large variety of enemies with increasing difficulty attack your ship. A good variety of space ships from slow tanks to fast little dodgers, takes a while to find the one for you but once you do you'll find it hard to stop playing.

Fun space shooter with interesting graphics. Some really cool weapons and power ups. It could do with better controller support but still fun to play on keyboard.

Simple fun planet dodging action. A very colorful game with cool music. The game gets harder as you play and is good fun for a few hours.

The game looks pretty good and starts out as some geometric spear lobbing blood filled mayhem. Loads of enemy types make the game fun to play. The crazy puppet style beasts offer up quite a challenge at times. many of the levels drag on a little to long but overall the game is fun.

An epic story driven game that is a masterclass in making linear game-play feel more open. The graphics are nothing short of stunning especially with the PS4 Pro enhancements. The father, son relationship that runs through the game kept me gripped until the end. It is really satisfying dealing blows with your axe as Kratos while your son jumps around raining arrows down on enemies from the sidelines. The game is a worthy addition to a truly amazing series. If you like God of War and story driven games this is for you.
