Utter piece of trash Clunky movement and slowpoke speed moving and attacking Bad controls on keyboard and mouse Can't rebind most keys No way to aim without auto aim Dodge with the lightest armor doesn't give you enough distance Coop is a piece of sht Enemies ignore terrain and obstacles and jump like rabbits Nothing is properly explained You're always starved for money Money is used to upgrades everything even your skills Upgrades feel pointless Game forces you to die over and over to explore little by little Very hard to find items to upgrade gear which is what matters the most Graphics look underwelming Mana prices are two heavy Too hard and costly to respec Game forces you to memorize every enemy pattern after dying to them, instead of giving you tools to evade getting killed in the first place Death is cheap and common People will enter your game and murder you for fun and you have no control over this 30 euros in the garbage
I got the ultimate version and completed 100% of the game up to world 4 torment. Clocked in around 100h. The game is a massive disappointment and super boring, nowhere near worth 100 euros.
An amazing game held back by a lack of updates and recurring bugs that never get fixed, together with a hostile community that lashes against any suggestions for improvement.
Flying mechanics **** and level design makes no sense, you can't give me a trial mission close to the start of the game without explaining what you're supposed to do, how can you jump 5 times your height without advanced skills? The trial says it gives you all the abilities you need but not even close. What the hell is wrong with the medusa level as well, what kind of nightmarish gameplay is this?

A visual novel type game with some strategy and rpg elements and a narrative focusing on a male protagonist and a HAREM type story. There's some very light erotic images, and all backgrounds of the game are recycled over and over, even when going to other countries you'll have exactly the same backgrounds for most of the narrative. The game starts out fine but the narrative soon devolves into nonsense and you the player have no control whatsoever on how the story goes making you swallow all sorts of nasty characters and events without any saying in the matter. The protagonist of the game is a really weak character, it feels like the MC of a porn harem game mixed with a virgin at 40 type of character.

overhyped boring game that owes all of its success to a crazy fan base who tell a good game from a bad one and were the sole responsibles for the death of the franchise.
A huge disappointment compared to spellforce 1 and 2. It's a shame they couldn't simply copy the old games, and chose instead to make a broken version of dawn of war. Why can't these devs have their own ideas and chose instead to steal ideas from others? Even the trolls expansion is a blatant copy from battle realms.

tactics bos is best fallout game, its a damn shame they didn't make a sequel, actually several sequels, this game is way better than any of the new fallout games
I would give this game a 6/10 and the first game a 9/10, it's a disappointment as a sequel. But I'm giving it a ZERO because rockstar is deleting and banning users who criticize the game on steam, that's NOT how you improve the game. They should listen to players and fix the game.
Game is kinda fun in the first and second island and feels like the gameplay is building up to something, but the game falls completely flat on itself on the third island where the protagonist is showed as a gutless coward who can't even defend his friend, it's so disgusting you can't do anything and then you're forced to take back the dudes from that island back. I deleted the game at this point, really bad story telling and lazy gameplay design that builds up to nothing. Did you have fun in dragon quest games getting op rewards from mini medals? Here you get cosmetics and that's it. You can't even use magic and you're limited to 2 specials abilities during the whole game.

This is a fantastic RTS game with a very interesting campaign, totally worth it for that alone. There's also multiplayers and an active modding community for those who care about those. This is the perfect example of pearls before swine, the so called critics who gave this a negative score wouldn't a good game if it was in front of their face
Worst progression system possible, mobs are so easy you breeze through them, you get to bosses you get your arse handed to you like there's no tomorrow with insta kill mechanics and buggy abilities, if you have summons they will simply hand around doing nothing during boss fights. Game is done in corridors, you can't refight any of the bosses or minibosses for loot, and levels feel very small. Lots of abilities are buggy or downright don't work, it's also normal to simply lose all progression because of corrupt saves. This game should still be in alpha.
you'll spend 50% of your time watching minions sleep and the other 50% seeing them get stuck and destroying walls so they can go free, if you think you can then build the walls, think again, they will get stuck yet again
This is one of those games where you realize most critics are full of S***, this game is a masterpiece that everyone should play through during their lives at least once.
Really cool action game with tongue in cheek humour. Only negative thing I have from deathspank games is that they are all too short. The world needs more games like this.
First of all the game as an interesting idea, survivors on a cruise ship in some kind of occult universe with a cthulhu like creature. Combat feels decent and kinda fun. But all this is completely thrown overboard because the devs decided items need to have extremely low durability and characters very small inventory spaces. There is an upgrade system, but even that is cut off by having an overall level cap, which makes improving characters feel very underwelming. The game has only 2 areas, the deck of the ship that constantly shifts doors and rooms around and a cabin where you have your survivors and build crafting stations. It has several levels that you can access through an elevator and you can use up to 3 survivors at the same time. Game becomes a real chore after level 5 and you're going to be spending most of your time trying to backstab enemies with your weapons and use the remaining AP to punch them or else your weapons will all wear out and you can't face any more enemies at all. Also punching somehow doesn't even trigger flank and back attacks, which makes weapons even more critical to use. I'm tired of lazy mechanics in games like this. It's beyond ridiculous a crowbar, an item that will last you a lifetime now matter how much work you do with it, will break after bashing a zombie 10 times. O a pistol that instead of having bullets operates in the exact same way as a melee weapon. The game also crashes often which is just icing on the cake I would not recommend this game to anyone at this point. If they get rid of the durability mechanics and make levels more diverse and interesting this might become a good game.
there's 3 characters, they all play the same, same hp, same type of abilities, all enemies hit like trucks and gameplay is downright unfair, you basically have to play, memorize enemy patterns, repeat and find a way around them, finish the level, repeat again until you get all the level bonus. Characters dont have any upgrades or special abilities and even the most basic enemy has more hp and damage than you, the only good thing going for you is that AI is dumb and repeats the same patters, but until you learn them it's die and die again. doesn't feel at all you're playing like a badazz bounty hunter at all, they should have called the game letdown instead of huntdown
this is a real bad joke, bad dlc for a bad game made by good devs led by a bad ceo who made bad decisions about force selling it on a bad store, which resulted in bad sales, and said bad ceo simply stole the money that was for the devs to enrich himself with bonuses
Bad story with outdated duality of light vs darkness. I also hate scripted chase events, having to die and memorize stuff IS NOT a fun mechanic in any game, if they want to do that kind of stuff at least make it fair
They completely butchered this masterpiece that saved their very lives when it came out, if it wasn't for FF7 there would be no Square, and now they do the ultimate betrayal and try to cash cow it. They not only rushed the game out so people need to buy it on the ps4 so they can later launch a remaster for the PS5 cha ching, they divided the game in 3 parts and completely altered everything about the original to make it look like a good guys vs bad guys type of situation, when the original game had everyone with a more greyed out sense of morality where everyone was trying to find their way in life. They even went to the extreme of NOT INCLUDING one of the main characters Red XIII why the hell would they do this to many people's favorite character in the game? I have to say I am truly disappointed with the path Square has chosen for itself, shame on whoever is making these decisions.
What a shame such a great company as blizzard has fallen such way downward and even more of a shame that they are bringing their best game down as well with all their incompetence, it's a sad day to be a gamer
IGN is trash, this game has 90% on steam and it's a really good game. Game looks like what post apocalyptic should look like, much better than metro, game-play is fast and fun. Would love to see this game as open world though. But for what it is, it's great entertainment for a day a two.
This game was really great back when I played it, never had any issues running it on an outdated laptop. Bad reviewers must be on drugs to look down on such a good game with such unique gameplay. It's insane the disparity between user score and critic, who are these so called critics? They sound more like incompetent noobs who should not write reviews. It's because of dumb critics and reviewers that we can't get good things anymore
