Okay, where to start... I loved parts of this game, but frankly the broken death mechanic renders it unplayable after a period of time. The developers response: working as intended. Basically they've built such a mind-numbingly simple civ model that it can't handle different play styles.

Update: I was finally able to play for a couple of hours. I'm now really disappointed. Sim-Town is lame as hell. **** small postage-sized "cities"? What a joke; more like towns or a nice summer hamlet. Can't even switch between these unimpressive stamp-sized villages without end-tasking the whole friggin game! No regional transportation? Transportation AI? AI in general? WTH? This is getting returned tomorrow morning. Thank God I didn't buy this online. If BB won't take it back, I'm contesting the charges on my CC. If EA wants to ban my Origin account then screw em, let em. I'm thinking I'm about done with EA anyhow.
