Outstanding game, the story was mesmerizing and the combat felt refreshing for most of the game, except towards the end where even in the hardest difficulty, everything but the toughest bosses felt like they were getting swatted away by how strong my characters/builds were. Apart from that and some QOL fixes to the lumina page, I cant think of anything wrong this game did.
Definitely better than I expected! Really enjoyed the story, only downside was potentially the grinding necessary to tackle some of the later stages and lack of diversity when it came to ability types.
3rd time reliving this masterpiece, doesnt hit just quite as hard as it originally did on the ps3 but still an outstanding game that everyone should play at least once
Really solid metroidvania, surprised even due to the last few prince of persia games not really hitting, combat eventually felt a bit stale as I kinda used the same strategy for all enemies eventually, wish we had more of those trial style levels in either the base game or dlc format
Genuinely outstanding game, combat is so fun and the gameplay loop is something I get myself back into all the time, as long as they keep releasing missions ill keep playing this game
After hearing such good things, was honestly a bit disappointed. Felt like crafting could have had a few QOL updates and after a few hours the exploration felt repetitive
Wasn't the biggest fan of this game, was frustratingly difficult at times, in ways that felt more unfair/annoying than challenging. The driving around was arduos after about 10 mins of it too, but the story itself and most of the missions and world felt cool
The game gave me more of what I enjoyed in the first game, but despite having a giant world in Koboh, I was hoping I would get to experience more variety in the enemies and planets I was visiting. That, alongside adding over 100+ annoying collectibles to gather and the slight inconvenience of some of the TP points makes me put this game on par with its predecessor
I can see this being super fun at the time, but swapping through gadgets was such a pain and by the end of things I had caught so many monkeys I was losing my mind
Despite the gameplay itself not being out there, the horrifying story of the game and being more disgusted as the game went on was super interesting to me.
I can see why many people would love this game, but it just didnt hit right for me. The way it tries to be out of its own box was cool, but I kinda just felt like I was going through the motions a bit. The OST is fantastic ill give it that.
Thought it was a great souls-like, really gave me a jedi fantasy very few other star wars games provided, I think the only major downside would have been the repetition of some enemies and the map being slightly difficult to wrap my head around
A decent game but not too much more than that, was an interesting way to try and make sonic a bit more modern but I found the old style levels quite boring and the combat felt repetitive and button mashy at times
Forgive me for the confusion but having to replay most of the game so often, even if it was with different styles just took me out of it, some of the later bosses were something else though
Was fun at times but also felt like some of the parts were just unfair? Not in a difficult sense but just in a sense that things didnt work properly at times.
At first I enjoyed it, but the gameplay quickly became boring for me. The world itself was cool and I enjoyed most of the portrayals of the characters so that was good
Same issue I had with the first one, after a point everything felt like it had been done before, I was also lucky to have multiple backups of saves as heard they could get corrupted and in fact one of mine did
