Once again, one of Disney's best franchises has been trashed. Once again, the miserable left-liberal woke agenda has been applied. Once again, the story has been divorced from its fantastically good and groundbreaking predecessors. Once again, the well-suited actors have been replaced with boring, aggressive, and empty characters and actors. Once again, the white man is stupid, simple-minded, and weak, while once again we see aggressive and empty women as characters. If you want to throw your hard-earned money out the window, fine, but otherwise, please steer clear of this garbage. My advice to Disney: please collect all copies and burn them in the public garbage dump; simply forget that this woke trash ever existed! Simply infuriating!

The film is a masterpiece. Everything is right here, Johnny Depp and Maiwenn deliver outstanding acting performances. The entire film is carried by these two talents. I watched the second part of the DUNE film series in the cinema without IMAX. First of all, I would like to thank all the actors, producers, the director and everyone involved in the film for giving me a great film evening. I'm excited! The second part was even better than the first part, which is very rare. Everything was right this time, the scenery, all the actors gave their best, the CGI was outstanding, the script was a delight. I hope there will be a third part that even tops this fantastically good film! Awesome! BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVO!

If you liked the first two parts, you will also like this part. It is the conclusion of a trilogy. The story is good, there are funny and exciting moments, and the protagonists from the old two parts are all there. Particularly worth mentioning are the IMAX sequences, which are really impressive. The CGI's are in the upper range, they really made an effort here. I actually think it's better than the second part. For some viewers it is too dark, but that is the charm of the film, it is not a clumsy sequel but tells a different story. Really well done, awesome!

When I first read that Indy 5 was being made I was excited at first, but then I read further that Disney would be producing the film and my joy gave way to horror! What was delivered here is so bad and so terrible, without words! This has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with Indiana Jones, but is the wishful thinking of a thoroughly mentally ill woman named Kathleen Kennedy. The first 15 minutes are bearable, but then it kicks off with that horrible toxic feminist horse-faced Phoebe Mary Waller-Bridge. A total miscast! Know-it-all, permanently in the foreground, annoying and annoying with their stupid views and sick values, one wishes their death soon, so that Indy can finally fill his role, but no chance! After leaving the theater, I thought of the hard earned money I had spent on this atrocity. If you loved and still love the old TRUE Indiana Jones movies, DO NOT watch! The movie is a total disaster!

Another movie of the DCU. The good story is convincing and foremost the great The Rock Dwayne Johnson, a fantastic actor with a lot of potential, knock one off the chair. The CGI's are also impressive and all in all the movie is worth watching. Since 2019, the movies of the DCU have been a lot better than the Marvel movies, which unfortunately have become so abysmal since the death of the great Stan Lee that it hurts inside. I hope that WOKE-Disney sells Marvel as soon as possible (Lucasfilm too!), otherwise I see no future for these two great franchises. Two points deducted for race-swapping some characters, which is annoying. Otherwise a very successful, well-made DCU movie.

I read all the books in Frank Herbert's Dune Cycle several times when I was young and later as an adult, and I was already fascinated by the complexity of the material. There are even Dune encyclopedias to explain this huge epic. The books are about the fictional planet Arrakis. Arrakis is a desert planet whose sun makes the scorching heat so unbearable that at certain times of the day, no one can survive outside without the stillsuit. Now to the movie. The movie is well made in terms of presentation and CGI, unfortunately almost everything went wrong here at the casting. First, the main protagonist, Paul Atreides, is played by a colorless and dispassionate actor. You just don't buy him the role. The quality of the acting is too weak compared to the book. Then the role of Duncan Idaho, a total disaster, here the serious character is ridiculed by Jason Momoa, almost embarrassing. Casting Zendaya for the role of Chani is just awful, has no acting quality at all, really bad. A total mistake. Now for the actual catastrophic miscasting. It's about the Imperial ecologist Liet Kynes. Liet Kynes was the Emperor's planetary ecologist on Arrakis and later a highly respected leader of the Fremen. He was Chani's father. Was cast by a black actress. What was that?! Why does one of the best science fiction novels of our modern times have to be used for the political nonsense of wokeism?! A real disgrace and defacing of the narrative. Also, the story can no longer be logical and coherent. The total mistake! Not only annoying but a shame! Another catastrophic misjudgment, or should I say forced political decision, the role of Thuwir Hawat, Master of Assassins and Mentat. Colourless, bloodless and very weak performance by Stephen Henderson. It just goes on, I don't want to list them all, but the only character in the novel that I liked and suited to in this work is Paul's mother, Lady Jessica, masterfully played by the beautiful and gorgeous Rebeca Fergusson. Next come the roles of Oscar Isaac, Stellan Skarsgard and Dave Bautista. Apart from these four good casts, everyone else was a hit in the toilet. In the second part, the great and highly talented Christopher Walken is supposed to play the Emperor, at least a small but small consolation. Film should convey an environment to the viewer as far as possible, using all artistic and technical means, draw him in and impress him visually. Unfortunately, this was not implemented here in the slightest. For a whopping $165 million production cost, this should be more than possible! Denis Villeneuve tries hard, but portraying a world in the year 10000 should be guided by more imagination and artistic sense, it should blow your mind and when you leave the cinema it should reverberate in your brain for weeks, unfortunately this film adaptation didn't succeed , although I actually really like the film. But only because I love the outstanding novels of Frank Herbert's Genius!

When Frank Herbert published Dune in 1965, it was considered unfilmable for a long time. In 1984, the young and highly talented David Lynch ventured into the film adaptation. The result was a real work of art and also a masterpiece. A flop at the box office, but over time, viewers noticed the ingenuity and high artistry of the movie. A real classic, fantastically made, it convinces with its high artistic standards. It's not for everyone. In my eyes, David Lynch is an underestimated (how can it also be in Hollywood) artistic genius. The Albert Einstein and Salvador Dali of cinematic art. Too bad he couldn't make a sequel. There are still many books by the great Frank Herbert waiting to be made into fantastic movies. BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVO! AWESOME!

In my opinion, the movie was supposed to be nominated for an Oscar in all categories, but unfortunately the political influence in Hollywood can't be ignored at the moment. A horror drama with a dream cast from the early 90's. One of my favorites that I always enjoy watching. The film impresses with its haunting elegance and narrative density. Particularly worth mentioning is the incredible acting performance of the two main protagonists Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt. For Brad Britt it was the breakthrough in Hollywood, and for Tom Cruise another milestone in his creative art. Also a real Zeitgeist film of the 90s. A tribute to youth. Neil Jordan delivered a timeless masterpiece here, unmatched, full of expressiveness and depth. You can watch the film over and over again and each time you discover new aspects of the film adaptation of the book by Anne Rice, who was initially unhappy with the cast. But after all these years, it was the right decision to cast the lead roles like that. Top casting, top direction, a haunting soundtrack that puts the stamp on the work, fantastic cinematography and a great script with top-notch actors. This is cinematic art in its highest form, this is filmmaking in its essence. AWESOME! BRAVO! BRAVO BRAVO!

Hollywood today is no longer an entertainment machine that delivers film products tailored to the masses, but a political propaganda machine that spreads a perverse message that is poisoned and insidious with something evil. It is trying with all its might to spread worldwide a sick political agenda. The origins of which were laid down years ago by certain groups that are now in power to spread today the new world view in cooperation with Hollywood. The old beautiful Hollywood that we all loved, revered and admired, that gave us thrilling wonderful movie dreams, is almost gone and the puny remnants that still exist will also soon disappear and be replaced by this diseased growth that is spreading like a deadly cancer, spreading rapidly and killing and devouring everything that was once good and beautiful.

I just don't get the hype surrounding this movie, probably because I'm not a teenager anymore?! As for the film, it starts off well and ends poorly. The actors are partly known from the older films and fill in their well-known roles, but that's about it! The story is naively stupid full of logical errors and predictable. The CGI's are very good, otherwise the film doesn't offer any depth, hardly builds up any tension and really doesn't offer anything new. Sometimes the actors are listless and probably ask themselves, what am I doing here, why all this, oh I forgot, has to earn money, the fees are really attractive! Damned! Since Stan Lee died, hasn't anyone been able to make a good Marvel movie! Why does everything have to be "child-friendly" (nothing against children's films!)?! Why is the NORMAL viewer held here for stupid! But I'm probably upset for nothing, it's just a movie, isn't it? One point for the CGI's and one point for the old Spiderman actors.
