Played the game for quite some time now and while I can say it has good to it. It just doesn't have staying power. The only mode I have played, that really captures the zombie feeling, is the escape mode and there is only one map that even allows it, the prison. Honestly these 10 ratings are clearly biased, There is no way the game deserves a 10. If they could make every map have escape modes, elaborate on that design a bit. Then they would have something closer to a 10. Animations are rugged, graphics are nice but starting to show their age. Being that way before the game is even final, is an issue. Especially when the game it's self doesn't run very well. Being a dual gtx 680 system, most games should run well and yes I disabled sli to see if there was a difference, nope.. So imho the game is fun and it's a fair buy for 20 bucks. It has some solid ground work and some great potential with the escape mode. With improvements, the game has the potential to be a serious contender but currently it is just ok. That's not such a bad thing though, I have seen people do much worse with much more resources. The team should be proud of the work but should build apon it and try to flush out the dream they had, when initially creating this game. Stop living in the box.

Don't believe the trolls, the game is good. I have been playing it for hours. It looks very nice. I play it on a 50" tv at max with a gtx **** co op is a lot of fun as well. i took HD screenshots in steam to disprove the lairs calling ti ugly.. Believe me, they are liars.. The co op and the multiplayer is fun. Gearbox is already on DAY 1 patching issues.. Who gives that kind of support? No one.. I am having a blast and if you don't buy it I feel sorry for ya.. Because you let troll cry babies ruing a good game for you. I don't trust meta critic anymore.. Their reviewers are mostly just trolls now a days it seems.. Crying constantly in every forum they can find as if it will save their life.. The game is good.. I like it.. Period..

This is well within the rights of being called the best game ever made.. After over 20 years of hardcore gaming, I think I have a pretty good idea of the genre. This game doesn't just beat everything else, it annihilates it.. It so thoroughly explores so many facets of gaming and interfaces, that putting any other game next to it, is insulting to every other developer.. Bethesda didn't raise the bar this time.. They broke it over the head of every other game maker in the world..

The game is an INDIE game but it achieves more than a lot of games I play, that are made by teams of people, who call themselves developers.. This is all done by ONE guy, I respect that.. I like the game and I think with a little tlc it could shine like the Sun.. Or the moon perhaps.. The controls are great and work flawlessly on my joystick. The tutorials are online in videos for anyone who is confused. There is a bit of a learning curve to fly in 0-g, but it is all fun and flames when you crash into the hillside, doing some insanely high speed. Please disregard UNBIASED ONES review. He is a child who was been ranting on steam about his computer ****.. His review is just troll bashing, nothing more.. Meta cut off my review, so I made another one.
