A game made by truly passionate devs with wild ambition, and the talent to execute that ambition. Control Resonant is a game the industry NEEDS. It’s a game that pushes the medium forward. It’s a game that respects consumers with regional pricing, no drm, modest pricing. Most of all it’s an incredible experience.

The gaming industry needs less of these games. Safe and unambitious, unbearable writing. 300 million dollars wasted

The greatest soulslike I’ve played. From the rewarding exploration to the incredibly fun combat to the lively open world. It’s a soulslike that is the least soulslike feeling, in that it’s truly unique and stands out as the most ambitious and creative soulslike.

One of the greatest exploration games ever made. A sense of wonder, impeccable sense of scale. This is the kind of game that pushes gaming forward.

The loot economy for this game is horrendous with so much things to buy and not enough money to find. You will be grinding enemies like it’s an MMO. The staggered bosses doing damage is ridiculous. The map system requires you have an item permanently equipped on your character to even orient yourself. This game needed to be playtested. .

Screen tearing, FPS stuttering, crashes, falling through the world, bugged stash UI, bugged quests. A memory leak issue that’s made the game so unplayable I had to refund. Riddled with bugs and performance issues. The game itself is good, not good enough for me to stomach the headache inducing technical side. This is a game feels like it’s still in early access.
