Very good changes, but i had a lot of crashes. Like - that workers are gone and the ages keep the game fresh until the end. UI could use a lot of improvements. Would give it an 8, but since people give it a 0, which is exaggerated, i'll give it a bit higher. This game could be 9+ in the future with updates and more content.
Need to buy this game on all kids accounts on one console to be able to play it is ridiculous. So say you have 3 children and they have an account on one console you have to buy the game 3 times. €30x 3. What a greed.
I've put a whole review here, but this site keeps giving errors. HANDICAP is the worst and it's the most frustrating game ever. The game is the same BS every year and it's becoming worse. The game decides who wins and not you thanks to stupid handicap. Very frustrating stuff. FUT World cup edition isn't like before (that's why i bought the game on discount). Just WC cards not a seperate edition. All the effort and time you put into getting packages is worthless as you get LOTS of cr*p out of it. EA just wants you to BUY coins and/or packages. Last FIFA i'd buy,. Hence why the rating is so low. It's the same mess as every year, but worse.
I mainly play mycareer. I've had a NBA2k game a few times being the last one 2 years back. My god what did they do to mycareer. All the nonsense talk with Ricky and going into the city is so annoying. Going on a skateboard to A and then to B wasting my time. I just want to play Bball not all that stuff! I think i played my first game after 1-1,5 hrs? Besides all this cr*p you finally get to play with teammates that miss everything and your opponent hit every shot. In college i had a game where my opponent hit from every corner 8 times in a row whilst my teammates wasted my passes 8 times in a row. Oh yeah 2K that's so much fun! I have to pass anyway as my player can't hit anything. All in all super boring game and i'm glad i bought it on sale. Not worth anything more than that. Nba2k was so much fun before. They just made a microtransaction cow out of it now.
The amount of problems, bugs and glitches in this game is amazing. The game itself when it works, building etc is fine and i get why that is popular, but it can be a very frustrating game. Issues that are created on the designer's forum can stay for months or years unfixed. Like DLC that are bought, but don't work or only half work. Joining another player via internet can be a problem. Often doesn't work. Restarting switch and/or game sometimes works. Also needing an account/email and having to link it often is annoying.
Same old game and same old BS happening in the game a.k.a. Handicap. EA denies every bit of it, but you notice what BS happens if you're in a win streak. Players stop running, ball bumps everywhere like you are playing pinball, players with 90+ passing can't pass anymore, etc. Passing can be horrendous. Players don't run towards the ball altough they are 2 meters away and i can list on a lot more. It's just easy money for EA to bring out the same game over and over with an updates roster. Finaly the reviews are getting worse now. Same happening to other EA sports games just look it up.
Same BS as last year but just slightly different graphics. SCRIPTING is still here like who doesn't love to lose 1-2 with 10 shots against 2? Who doesn't love it that you suddenly can't pass from 60th - 90th minute? In the meanwhile your opponent can pass from one side of the field to the other side with sokratis. Who doesn't like to lose whilst being better? In this game, you can! Skill games are boring af and can be annoying. It's no wonder the reviewgrades are going down each year.
I'll give them a 1 for bringing back an old classic but DAMN Activision! You're making a lot of people angry with your business. Selling games like this? COD: IW is on a disc and you have to download the Remasterd MW1 version with a code. So, if you used that code and you don't like the game anymore you can't really sell it because the MW1 version isn't on the disc. You can't sell the COD: IW and keep the MW1 version because you need the disc to play MW1. Oh and it's on the case but in small characters so you wouldn't notice at first. I bought the game for the remastered one because i absolutely hate what has become of COD but i like the old CODs (like before 2012). But hey you can't buy it seperately and witht he stuff writting above you're stuck with the new **** COD as well. 2 thumbs down! I'm actually just trying to get it back to the store and will NEVER buy COD again. You made a big mistake Activision.
I'm never really giving high scores like this but this game is a MUST buy. I played several offline missions and conquest online. AMAZING! The sounds, the feeling, the graphics, the gameplay, the diversity of weapons and vehicles. LOVE IT. It's really worth the score it gets now (8,8 user score). One of the best games i played in the last couple of years. Definately a 10 for me... well maybe a good 9 but whatever.
Gameplay has changed a bit but it's not that the game has become a great soccergame. They should focus more on the gameplay instead of adding new features. If you like to play a fifa where the handicap is still there, better than ever, you should buy it. It's insane how scripted this game has become over the years. My record got worse over the years and i know why. It's so obvious when the referee whistles for everything against you and the opponent can just slam you into the ground and nothing happens. Same goes for passing. Messi and Ronaldo can't pass, but the opponent's fellaini can pass from one side of the field to the other side. Messi can't control the ball, etc etc. Very obvious and it makes the game VERY frustrating and less enjoyable. If you talk about this on the fifa forums you'll get banned. It's rather pathetic. Last year i played a lot less fifa because of this cr*p.
Good game. Good middle ages atmosphere with a little fantasy thrown into it. Like the variety and sandbox. Lots to do and explore. Wished they made swimming not as annoying/frustrating as it is. Weird controls. It doesn't always do what you press. Besides that no real flaws except for some minor bugs/glitches.
If you like a game controlled by handicap/scripting and soccer you should buy this. The handicap is getting worse each year. People shouldn't buy this anymore so that EA gets rid of that stupid cr*p. Whoever came with the idea should be fired immediately! Example 1: Messi and/or Ronaldo score everything but when you're in a handicapped match (a.k.a. computer decides that you have to lose) they become slow, can't shoot or are tanks when turning. Slow defenders can keep up with them. Example 2: At the end of a match you have 15 shots and your opponent has 2 shots. He wins 2-1. All shots went straight to the keeper (altough you where shooting finesse shots) or are not even going towards targets. Example 3: You are in divisions and need 1 point for promotion in 4 matches. You have a hard time collecting that 1 point for promotion. Probably losing 3 and drawing 1. Example 4: Iniesta, Modric and Bruyne can't pass, not even towards a teammate 2 feet away whilst the opponent can pass with Ramires from his own goal towards the other side of the field. These are some examples of the fine handicap this game is invested with. So, if you like a game that decides beforehand if you should win a match or not then buy this. You won't regret this!
Except for some crazy grinding i must say, after 2 months, i'm still enjoyin the game. I've been playing Destiny since beta. The raid is the best, altough VOG was and still is very fun. Loot system could've been better. Bungie's always trying to fix things and that makes it a good game. They change some things to the bad as well and that s*cks. Like, they listen to whiners on the Destiny forum too much. Nerf this nerf that. I wished that Bungie wouldn't listen to these crybabies as much.
It's a pretty good game considering the open world, what you can do in it, the atmosphere and that your decisions influences the game. I played for like 10 hours because i didn't know what to think about it. I wasn't blown away by it or addicted as some others. Yes, the graphics are not what one would suspect from a PS4 game but i accepted that. It looks like a PS3 game. BUT there are glitched and bugs as well. Like, i saw an enemy stuck in the ground. Or getting stuck somewhere Or dialogue isn't going correctly. Overall i was bored because it's grind grind grind. Get every object you can because you might need it in the future. Good idea's in this game but i think it could've been much better. Selling it right now.
After playing a few hours i must say that this game lived up its hype. Great game, smooth and full of action. Love it! Can't write a longer review as i must go back into the fight!
They even lock account (ultimate team) because of lots of trading/activity/playing. You can't just lock people out! People can't play because of locking accounts. Sort it out EA! While we're at it.. They don't listen to their customers. The game gets worser by the year!
Maybe they should just fix all the bugs that are in this game for over 3 years now instead of adding new stuff. Get rid of the annoying HANDICAP. They even deny the so called Handicap/scritping. You can't even post about it on their forums or they'll just ban you. It's annoying to first play a great game with great passing and the next game your players cant even pass 1 meter ahead or your shots wont go in. Ball that bounces via the back of your defender against the keeper in the goal. All these stupid things make the game ****. Usually you would win if you'd play better but not in this game. You have to pray that the game is with you or you'll get a frustrating match and won't win.
I've been playing fifa since years but has been really disappointed in EA. Especially the Handicap in the game. It's known that you get a ban when talking about it on the EA forums, but why? Can't handle the truth EA? One game i'm winning 5-1 and the next 3 games the players..Xavi or not.. can't even pass 1 meter to the player next to him. Instead the ball goes to the other side of the field or against the opponent who is standing in front of him. Also whether your attacker has 60 shooting or 80 shooting it doesn't matter. The guy with 60 shooting is still shooting rockets into the goal. This game has frustrated me more than any other game. The goals the opponents score can be very awkard/ridicilous. Via 2 or 3 players into your own goal or something like that is very common. Who ever thought EA that Handicap was a good thing must've been onto some liquor. I've never played a game where the worser player gets advantage.
Take DRM out of the game and give us bigger maps. The game is running slow and if you're lucky to get into a game after hours trying you'll be kicked out because the servers throw you out. I'm not surprised this happens to another EA game. They f..k up more games.........
