Okay, this movie is just good from start to end. Wolverine gets more focus with a story centered around him and his past allowing Hugh to do his Hugh thing and steal the movie, the villain general Striker is great and shows that humans will always be the biggest threat to mutants (and his ties to Wolverine’s past is well executed), Magneto helping the X-Men is always awesome regardless of circumstance, the action is good, the other X-Men get some development, it’s all genuinely good! The only downside is that Cyclops is absent for most of the movie, meaning no development like I wanted in my review of the first movie, but the third movie might fix that, I mean, he is one of the most iconic characters in the comics, he HAS to get good writing right?

Eh, It’s okay. Definitely not the best X-Men movie or my favorite one, and reading the comics make this even weirder (some character dynamics are VERY different) but if you want an okay action movie to watch on Disney+, then this is could be for you. I sure hope Cyclops gets more development though, he’s my favorite member of the X-Men in the comics.

This movie is terrible and a bad version of The Mummy (1999). That being said, this is so weird, bad, and over the top narm you’ll probably have a good time laughing at what’s on screen whether it’s the bad CGI or really weird acting from Dracula. Also, get the dvd, it has the blooper reel and a trailer for Shrek 2 of all things.
