Description: This is an anime adaptation of the 'Library War' novel series by Hiro Arikawa. In the year 2019, the explosion of information and misinformation was deemed a direct threat to the peace and security of society. In a daring decision, the government decided to create a new agency dedicated solely to information management. Now more than thirty years later, the government still closely monitors and controls information, suppressing anything they find undesirable.
