With the characters and their relationship dynamics clearly established, the writers try a few new things with the story and it all works well. The cliffhanger at the end of the season promises a different House (show, not character) in the next season. 8.6/10

This marks the beginning of the show's transition from being a typical network show that resets itself weekly into one which focuses more on longer, arching plots. It also marks the beginning of the show gradually becoming less about Patient of the Week and more about the life of the titular character. It works alright at times here, and sometimes it even feels like a step up, but at other times it feels forced and has you missing what made the show great. Certainly still a good season, but at the same time it marks the beginning of the end.

Definitivamente, aqui a formula e os personagens já ficaram maçantes. A primeira metade dessa season tem foco na briga entre o House e o Policial Tritter que é humilhado pelo House num exame de rotina e decide perseguir ele e processa-lo por falsificar receitas de Vicodin e ainda envolve o Dr. Wilson nisso. A primeira metade é até a melhor pq pelo menos tem um subplot interessante, mostrando o vicio do House e suas atitudes despreziveis infernizando a todos. Na primeira metade também tem meu ep favorito da season, o ep 7 que o filho de um cara em coma e sem nenhuma outra familia tem um colapso e House decide acordar o pai dele, mas isso só funciona por 1 dia, o pai não está muito interessado no filho e decide viver feliz o último dia dele, então ele sai com o House e o Dr Wilson numa aventura em troca de dar informações sobre o histórico médico. Apesar desse ep tem uma baita licença poética, ele foi muito legal e não seguiu a formula padrão. Já no final da temporada, praticamente todo ep segue a velha formula, com o grande plot sendo o Foreman querendo se demitir, aqui ficou até chato assistir a série. Mas ainda bem que no final, todos saem e espero que a 4° temporada seja melhor.
