Definitely not a good movie, but somewhat serviceable as a way to kill 90 minutes. Even for an old-fashioned action movie that wants to be a western, there's not much plot to speak of. It's got a simplistic charm to it, though, that bumps it up from a 2 to a 4. But please will someone in Hollywood learn how guns work?
