Despite the shakiness of their collective accents, the cast goes through the paces of this tense, testosterone-driven shoot-'em-up with gusto.

A blandly executed action-thriller whose cast names (Matt Dillon, Willem Dafoe) and mild ’80s Louisiana flavor offer only modest compensations for the story’s workmanlike construction and routine twists.

A color by numbers action movies. Some of the scenes showcasing Louisiana and the environment are pretty cool and remnisicient of True Detective Season 1.

A nice middle of the road crime/revenge/thriller flick. If you can watch this on Netflix or something, I would recommend it. Don't actually spend money on this one though. The action is fun, and Willem DaFoe and Matthew Dillon are pretty good, all things considered. Other than that, this movie is very by the book.

[A] thoroughly routine, straight-to-video-reminiscent action thriller set in Louisiana.

A crime/action/thriller set in Louisiana with some big names that doesn't quite manage to keep you interested. Bland story and all routine, no twists, just meh. It's not aweful but not worth seeing either.
