The game looks very nice, arts are beautifull (that's why I really wanted to buy it), but the amount of content disappointed me. Only 15 small levels, and the last one is missing, it's just a transition to the main menu (or is it a bug?). If the game cost less I would be happy, but the price is 15 dollars. Unfortunately, there is too little content for this

Wind Peaks is the type of game best suited for passing time. The game looks beautiful, delivering on the promise of it being reminiscent to the aesthetics of Gravity Falls--which, honestly, was what drew me in. Wind Peaks, for all intents and purposes, is a hidden object game with the objects often being so well-hidden that it may take a couple of pass-throughs for you to even notice them. If, however, you need help, there is a way to ask for it which, upon requesting help, makes you wait for a few minutes (3, to be exact) before a magical arrow will point you to the direction of where the item is. You can use this as many times as you want, at the expense of drawing out your playtime...which, considering how short the game is, isn't really that bad. There is also a variety in the map sizes, with earlier levels being small areas which later grew in size and scope the further along the game you are. There are a lot of items scattered as well, presumably to confuse you, but most of these items are never used as (based from my multiple playthroughs) what is being asked of you to find remains the same no matter how many runs you make, which is kind of a shame. That being said, Wind Peaks is a delightfully addicting game in a way that playing it makes you lose track of time, despite how short it is. One thing I did notice is that, in the Level Select menu, the short cutscenes included in the game are counted as a Level...which is, honestly, weird. But, apart from that (and how I wished the game was longer), there isn't really anything else I could fault the game for. With how it is teased that there will be additional content in the future, however, to continue where the game left us in a cliffhanger, I am honestly looking forward to what comes next.

I really like how the game looks, the gameplay is delivered very well too, even tho there are some problems with it. Locations are pretty big, and some items are hidden very invisible, so to find them you need to watch the whole location very carefully. It's not a problem for a game with the main mechanic of finding items but the location is huge, and it makes it very difficult. The biggest miss is that the game is very short. I understand that it's just the first season but to me, it's not an excuse, I completed the game within two hours. I wouldn't publish the game that short even it's just one season and the other will come soon.

I am a Japanese video game fan. So I'm not very good at English. I am writing using automatic translation. Wind Peaks is a very gentle game. The basis is a hunting game, but it was characteristic that each had an animation and a story. Finding things is not easy. However, it was helpful because there was a function to get hints. I am posting the live game on YouTube. The atmosphere of this work was well received by Japanese users. Thank you for reading. We hope this game will be loved all over the world.
