WarCraft III doesn’t revolutionize the RTS genre, but a well-executed story, drum-tight gameplay and a long shelf life as a multi-player title make WarCraft III a must for and PC owning strategy fans.
This is undoubtedly one of the greatest games from the early two thousand seen in retrospect. The story and gameplay laid the foundation for one of the greatest games of all time (the original World of Warcraft), and the modded game modes for Warcraft III led to many of the most popular games of all time as well (All the MOBA games are derived from Defense of the Ancients, pretty much). In my opinion, the gameplay is too dated nowadays, but the cultural impact of this game has been immense.
Bu oyun ve the batlle of the middle earts 1 2 bu tüeün zirve oyunudur her birinde 100+ saatim vardır artık oynamak öümkün olmasada multipşayer oynandığı dönemde çok sarardı bu oyun özellikle orcları çok severdim
I myself would be prepared to kill a reasonably large number of people to get my hands on it, so if you do happen to own the collectors edition, do pop by with it...alone... and unarmed...
As good of an offering in the genre as there's ever been, featuring a superb story, carefully refined gameplay, plenty of depth, the best online multiplayer mode in any real-time strategy game to date, and the excellent production values you'd expect from a Blizzard product.
As much as in the original WarCraft and all the Blizzard games that followed, the player is placed in the story with a perfect perspective on each different race’s dreads and hopes.
There doesn't seem to be a huge gap in play balancing, but the fact that there are so many different factions to play as doesn't seem to bring too much to the table.
it's a really good RTS game. a bit too challenging at times but still fun to play. also i'd like to say that the expansion "the frozen throne" is a must buy for any fan of Warcraft III
It was a good game before, but as Reforged replaced the old game with an even more limited form of Reforged, I have to say things become much worse. With how this affected mods community, how Blizzard support is terrible, these new problems turned a legendary game to some junk you probably won't want to buy.
I for one never liked reign of chaos, the story is slow and a chore to play, its really just one long tutorial, you get units after every few levels and get accustomed to using them, every few sequence just shows how some units joined certain factions and so on, but when you do get around to actually understanding the story its wonderful, but it has huge plotholes and missed opportunities. The artstyle is GREAT, really good stuff that only reflection can make you realize, the cinematics are flawless. The gameplay is a real step up from War2 but my God is the hero system janked. This game has a huge learning curve, better be ready to grind those how-to videos and practice over and over till you finally git gud, the enemy AI cheats in custom game, its collection rate and training time is better than yours, but with enough strategy you can win.
Summary[Metacritic's 2002 PC Game of the Year] It has been nearly fifteen years since the war between the orcs and humans ended. An uneasy peace settled over the land while, for years, the drums of war were silent. Yet the kingdoms of men grew complacent in their victory - and slowly, the defeated orcish clans regrouped under the banner of a ne...
