Toy Tactics is a good entry-level strategy experience that finds a host of innovative ways to use its central brush mechanic. Players can direct a variety of warriors and activate spells by simply painting the ground, then use these violent tools to solve a lot of combat puzzles. The game offers a variety of modes with plenty of interesting quirks. The world-building is limited but the presentation, especially if players zoom in to watch the figurines take each other out, is good. Toy Tactics is easy to pick up and play but still challenging, a great way for someone new to the strategy genre to have fun while picking up the basics.

Real time strategy doesn't have to be inaccessible to new players, and Toy Tactics delivered! I wish it's harder though especially after 5 hours.

The game is incredibly fun, original, and varied. It's perfect for newcomers to the strategy genre while offering a refreshing twist for experienced players. With a large amount of content and a very reasonable price for what it offers, it’s absolutely worth it and I highly recommend it.

Toy Tactics is a cute game that redraws (no pun intended) the way a Real Time Strategy game plays. One of the goals of Toy Tactics is to introduce more casual players to this genre, but not be fooled, there is also space for the veterans with tons of challenges and gamemodes. Gameplay wise, the game has different mechanics that are introduced trough a campaign at a correct pace, giving the player the time it needs to adapt to the faction that they are playing. The art style is as interesting as it's mechanics, it's a treat to the eyes. The animations of the soldiers and general style of this game makes it look like a fun cartoon based of a board game. If you want an original take of an old but still alive genre. Toy Tactics is a safe bet.

Toy Tactics is a great example of "less is more", brilliantly opening-up the RTS genre to newcomers, while still managing to challenge longtime fans with confident, intuitive gameplay design. An excellent singleplayer suite overshadows a seemingly DOA multiplayer mode, but that shouldn’t stop you from playing one of the finest strategy titles in recent memory.

Only worth 15 dollar. -repetitive simple fun physics RTS, glitches, little skills and repetitive missions. -only good game have 4 modes, 5 factions and online.
