Sinceramente una obra maestra, no hay mas que decir, jugabilidad revolucionaria (para su epoca), una de las mejoras bandas sonoras y su diseño de mazmorras muy ingenioso. Realmente impresionante

Perfect. Epic. Unstoppable. Unbeatable. Irresistible. Sensational...The best videogame I have ever played. It is the crowning jewel of the industry. It is Nintendo's finest achievement.
Call us crazy, but when the final version of Zelda 64 arrived in the IGN64 offices, we stopped working, locked ourselves into a room with a big-screen TV and a surround system and played 17 hours straight. After only a few hours of sleep, we were back for more and we couldn't stop until we finished the game. Then, we started over again to find all the secrets.
When it comes to what people will now demand of a top videogame, Nintendo has moved the goalposts off the pitch, into a lorry, down the road, into the airport, onto a plane and halfway round the world to a different continent entirely.
An excellent game in 1998, but just a good game in 2025. This game severely needs a remaster with quality of life upgrades to be truly enjoyable again.
The day I lost all respectfor IGN and other major(a) gaming outlets was the day I saw their review of this game, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, or as I like to call it, The Legend of HellNah: Waste of Time. Welcome back to the Harsh Marsh, the hub for no-nonsense game reviews which have the quality and capital (I'm rich) of major gaming outlets, while maintaining the uninfluenced opinion of a pure user review. It's difficult do to a review of this game due to the sheer number of issues big and sm- well they're actually all big, and because you'll be shot dead for not giving the game an above perfect eleven. Alternativly, rabid fans of this game have decided that giving head to the creator is also acceptable. I lived in Somalia for 15 years and I could point out more problems in this game than in they're governmental system. Begining this review is as diffucult and scary as deciding which atomic bomb sight to clean up first, Hiroshima or Nagasaki. They are both big problems, and the best way to deal with them is take them down one at a time. GAMEPLAY:
What is there to say? The gameplay of this game is pressing one button to kill every enemy and googling IGN guides to power through the "puzzles" from moment one to the end of them game. the biggest challenge was when I got to **** castle (name of second dungeon) and my wifi cut out. I couldn't look up an IGN guide so I had to turn on mods to fly through the dungeon and into the boss room. That's it for gameplay. STORY:
I can only imagine that reviewers who praise this games "story" have either no eyes, or have eyes that only see nostalgia, or both. I guess it's about some kid slaying monsters or something, my eyes were glued to a guide for nearly the entire time so I don't really know. Most of these reviews make things up about the story, like some final fight with "Ganondorf" at "Hyrule Castle." That never happens! You beat three dungenons as a child, collect the rainbow stones, bring them to the Temple of Time and the game is over, or at least i certiantly turned it off at that point. Anway the story is barely relevant and unimportant. I'm going to lump atmosphere in this section because it's mostly the same as story. This game is praised, or rather, glazed for it's atmosphere and "despite it's graphics beautiful lighting and enviornments," by practically every game reviewer. Just slap some 4k filters on it with your emulator and the game will look much better. AVATAR CUSTIMIZATION (or lack thereof.) This game has no avatar customization. No clothes or items to purchase. No advatages to spending any money, and a clear lack of microtransactions across the board. This tells me there is no reward for players who are willing to spend money on their game. I went into the menu hundreds of times searching for a screen to purchase something, but no, this game isn't intrested in accomadating wealthy players. To conculde this scathing, important takedown, I must urge you to never purchase this game. It is a waste of time energy money etc etc etc. I can only imagine that the positive critict reviews are from people in with nintendo, who are being given millions of dollars to write their reviews, and that the positive user reviews are from no-eyed people who have nostalgia eyes. Hope to see you there. And finally, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time may exit the Harsh Marsh, but not after suffering a brutal wound from this skilled reviewer.
The game is simply overrated. The high ratings are only because people were blown away back then. There wasn't much else like it at the time. Sure, the music is great, and it laid some foundations, but the game itself is boring and dull. Its game design wouldn't hold up today, and you're often left not knowing what to do next. Frustrating moments and illogical puzzles. If there's ever a remake, a lot would need to be changed.
