The Crew: Wild Run

Wild Run still has some of the same pitfalls The Crew did, but it finally runs smoothly. The technical parts of the game have been improved, and on top of that there’s an abundance of cool new events and other content. [jan. 2016 / page 084]

All you can ask for from a major expansion is in this Wild Run. Ivory Tower adds not only content, testing, tracks, cars, motorcycles, challenges ... to The Crew, this studio also listens to the demands of the community for a better global game. Ubisoft and they have good intentions and great future plans.

Wild Run isn’t lipstick on a pig, it’s a frog become a prince. It’s proof that for almost a year now Ivory Tower and Ubisoft have been listening to fans and incorporating their feedback into an expansion that finally gives The Crew an identity of its own. Without your own crew, though, the streets of America feel barren and lifeless.

The Summit will have you doing drift races, drags races, and doing stunts with monster trucks. The monster trucks are an absolute riot.

It definitely improves the main game, with better graphics and new (and fun) modes. There’s still a looong way to go though, both technically and from a gameplay standpoint. If you enjoyed The Crew, it’s still a great purchase.

It's the game you already know and liked, or disliked, based on your personal taste, now with more, and sometimes interesting, content.

Overall, The Crew: Wild Run Edition is definitely a step up from the original but is still a lackluster entry in a sea of much better titles available.

Bought this game yesterday, played it for about 2-3 hours and I already love this game so much that I can't wait to get home and play it again! :) Haven't played the first "The crew" game, but I can tell from the things I have heard about it, that this is a massive change. Going from only having cars to now having monstertrucks and motorcycles and tons of other fun stuff like drifting and dragracing ect. is a hugh thumbs up and a big step forward. When you both have a huge love for cars and motorcycles, this game is surely the one to get! What I have heard is that the graphics also have been changed, and after a comparison I can totally see the change and that's amazing, but the graphics is'nt the most important thing, the game has to be fun to play and it surely is! :) After I was really dissapointed about the new Need for speed 2015 and was longing after a fun racing game, this game came to save my day and will save many of them. Good work, fantastic game, keep it going Ubisoft you are on the right racing track! :)

Very good game. I appreciate the big map, the freedom to dive and the cars... The expansion - unexpectedly fun adding even more diversity to the game. Keep it up guys!

The manual doesn't exist, despite the instructions to open it with the options button. First 'mission' is not explained so you simply run out of time trying to guess it. Don't waste time on this pile of junk. In summary - it's rubbish.
