Terminator Resistance is a B game as they are hardly ever made these days. Many of the ambitious ideas are nowhere to be seen, but despite that the game is just perfectly playable and entertaining.

Moments of fan service and an ambition to do more than simple shooting can’t overshadow the aged feeling of Terminator: Resistance. [Issue#170, p.93]

Terminator Resistance is yet another faulty game based on a movie. The fanservice is the best part of the entire game. Next to that, the graphics are bad, the Terminators are not that intelligent or frightening, and the world and missions are not interesting. Which could have been a shooter to remember has turned out to be another bad part in a series of bad iterations.

The gameplay is good, but this game is a damn RPG. It’s insanely hard to get ammo no matter what difficulty you choose, the frame rate is garbage, and the loading times are long as hell.

The best Terminator game they've released to date, simply excellent. The setting is a 10, the story is what Terminator 3 should have been, although the game is set between the first two films and has the soundtrack from the films. If you're a Terminator fan, it's a must-buy.

We are clear that Terminator: Resistance does not come to compete with the great first-person shooter, but to demonstrate the possibilities offered by a title based on the universe of John Connor. Fans of the saga already have a title with which to face Skynet.

Terminator: Resistance is reminiscent of the days when tie-in games were released with practically every action movie. It's playable, but it's forgettable. It's fun to get your chance to shoot Terminators in the face and see John Connor being John Connor (instead of the mess he became in the various sequels), but beyond that, there's not much to recommend it. If you're a die-hard Terminator fan who is eager for a chance to visit the future of the original movies, then it might be worth a go. It's difficult to recommend for anyone else, though.

The action and graphics were great. The story was good and it feels like this is one of my favorite terminator games.

A rather bad experience with a total lack of any interest in both its gameplay and story, accompanied by aging graphics.

It resembles more of a remaster of a last-generation videogame than a current-gen title. The story can be cool towards the end for Terminator fans as you see how the first two movies began, but it's not worth the boring gameplay, mediocre visuals, and uninteresting characters.

Terminator: Resistance’s authentic looks fail to disguise its uninspired design and forgettable action.

Unlike Rambo: The Video Game, Terminator Resistance does not have this thing more (or less) adding a nice aspect to its nullity. Here, production value has grown, Treyon offering this time a title first thought for those wanting to fall asleep in less than two or designed for time travelers, the title edited by Reef Entertainment seems not only zapped movies after T2 but the evolution of FPS and video game for fifteen years. Nevertheless, by drawing all the same here and there in the ideas to success of the kind, it is a beautiful base of student project which is offered to those eager to hurt themselves.

The best Terminator game! Great, addictive game! Be sure to play on the highest difficulty. The DLC is just as good! I love it!

"Terminator: Resistance" is little more than "Fallout 3"-lite. The developer Teyon have respect for the source material. This game is a case of "made by fans for fans". But it's also a low-budget title with very little innovation. The voice acting is bad and the graphics are right out of an early Xbox 360 release. If you can stand the slower pace, you might enjoy the mix of shooting, stealth, lock picking and hacking options. "Resistance" might not be a great "Fallout" clone, but "Terminator" fans will enjoy the ride. I'd rate this with a 7.6 out of 10.

While it lacks the flourish or staying power of the titans it stands beside, in its own humble space it accomplishes what it strives to do.

Lo de este juego no se sabe si es que no les dejaron terminarlo o es así en serio. Contarlo es complicado pero tengo un gameplay en y0u7ube

I didn't believe it before. Why is this so poorly rated? Now I know why. I only paid 20€ and that doesn't hurt so much. But after 2 hours it's just no more fun. That's because of the creep. It makes zero sense for some opponents because you have overpowering weapons. Only the terminators are very annoying and even on light too heavy for me. If you had more ammunition, it would all be easier. The graphics are old-fashioned and the environment is always the same. I know that there was little budget, but then to deliver something like that is already poor.
SummaryThis story takes place in a post-apocalyptic Los Angeles, nearly 30 years after Judgement Day, and stars a brand new hero in the Terminator universe, Jacob Rivers, a soldier in the Resistance led by John Connor. Despite the fact that Jacob is just a lowly private, he'll soon discover that he's been specifically targeted by the latest thr... Read More
