I started back in early 2020 to have fun with my close friends during the pandemic. Short: Strongly do not recommend Tanki Online!!This game has potential but completely misusing it. There are lots of hackers in all game modes, but the tanki team openly acknowledged that hacking is now tolerated in parkour mode in one of their v-logs. Moderators show lots of hate towards players from North America which includes my friends and I. The gameplay itself is flawed in nearly every way imaginable to the point it is more frustrating than enjoyable. Long: I used to have so much fun with them until later in 2020. There is a player who has been bullying my friends and I since I have been playing. Moderation teams ignored all complaints regarding this player's demeanor. Many players are convinced this player bribes moderation teams to not only grant this player immunity, but also ban his enemies for chat messages that do not breach any chat rules. I also had my forum account indefinitely banned despite I had never violated any of the forum's rules. The administrator is convinced that my friends and I are on person using many accounts to post illegitimate complaints. Several of my friends asked them to prove that they are the same person but he never did. Back to the bullying, more players have been siding with the original bully know they won't get banned. We have brought up our issues to the community manager and even he showed no signs of caring about major fights within the community. Even three of my friends were exposed and humiliated on YouTube for sharing their honest opinions about the game. The game itself is severely flawed. Matchmaking is full of bots, hackers/exploiters, and unbalanced augments. This makes the game completely unplayable! There are also many unwanted glitches and bugs in the game. For the record, if you ask around about the various glitches and bugs in the game, you will hear of many glitches and bugs that have been around for FIVE OR MORE YEARS. Hacking is also a huge problem. They now permit hacking in Parkour because they thought disabling the anti cheat system in parkour was a good idea. Not sure what they were thinking but probably a decision driven by greed. Many players spend over 10,000 US dollars just to have the strongest equipment possible, all the skins in the game, and hack like crazy in parkour mode. Tanki can't ban buyers despite how many rules they violate.

This game was perfect back in the day, I started playing it in 2015 (in this website it says that it was released in 2017, but it was already playable in browser in 2009) and it was a breeze, lots of weapons and maps to chosse. Nowadays I still play it, although less frequently because now unfortunately the game is just mid.

This game was amazing back in the day. The skill ceiling was decently high and there were plenty of ways for players to express that skill. P2W still existed but there was less stuff to buy so f2p people could catch up. At some point they decided it was a good idea to completely overhaul the graphics and add random things like Overdrives, Drones, protection modules, augments and turrets that make taking cover behind anything pointless. They didn't bother balancing them or at least it doesn't seem like they did. A lot of people stopped playing around the time they added overdrives. Now they're planning to add grenades that further disincentivize using cover, lower the skill ceiling and make you spend more. Not to mention they kept inflating the game's economy every year and even added a new currency to get around spending real money for items (now you spend money on the currency to buy items, same thing really). They also added containers as a way to gamble for equipment and further waste your time (they are just like any other lootbox except the odds are worse than any other game I've seen). The future of this game doesn't look bright.

Worst game ever! incredible lag that developers said was PART OF THE GAME!?!? pay-to-win! unable to grind crystals or XP without getting your gaming experience ruined by money waster players. nothing is balanced, physics don't work properly and nothing ever gets fixed because developers don't care about players feedback!

The game is extremely p2w. First, upgrade costs at mid to high levels are extremely expensive. You basically can't afford them without paying. Second, "supplies" are battle items that temporarily double your stats (i.e. double damage, double hp, etc. ). Supplies are pretty expensive and f2p players can't afford to use them. Versus someone using supplies, there's basically no counterplay besides using supplies yourself. Third, gameplay for f2p players is pretty miserable. Battles are filled with p2w players spamming supplies. Not only do p2w players have better upgrades, but they're also running around with doubled stats. In short, unplayable for f2p players. Overall, to just somewhat enjoy the game, you're basically forced to spend 100s of dollars to afford upgrades and supplies. Even then, the game gets bland pretty quickly. Avoid this game like the plague. It's a giant money sink for p2w players, and the f2p experience is basically unplayable.

This game is fraudulent and corrupt. They steal your money and don't answer any customer service requests. Stuff that I purchased 'disappeared' from my profile. The servers are terrible, glitchy, massive numbers of hackers. Just a terrible terrible game. Do NOT spend any money on this game.

I played this game back in 2010, it was pure simple fun, the gameplay, upgrading and unlocks was satisfying, not need to play real money to unlock stuff, but after 2018 with the new updates it was just bad, the new gameplay mechanics disrupted gameplay, and they also added a battlepass

Tanki hraji již od roku 2015, tedy 6 let. Bylo to stále to stejné, stejné mapy, stejné tanky a celkově nulový progress. V posledních letech ale na hře začali hodně pracovat, věnují se jí a musím říct, že způsob kterým hru upravili je obdivuhodný. Ve hře se dá lépe posouvat, není nutností již do hry tolik nakupovat a přidali spoustu nových věcí (např. nové zbraně a efekty pro ně, nové pásy a pracují i na eventech). Když skončila podpora Flashe, spousta lidí chtěla odejít, ale to co udělali s novým klientem , až na pár vyjímek si získalo zase další hráče.

The quality of the game went down really badly in the past years and so did the number of players. The developers have added various game mechanics to make people spend more time playing yet these damage the quality of the gameplay (ex: challenges). They have sold on some occasions items (that affect gameplay a lot) exclusively for real money (which is like a nice slap in the face if you are a free to play user). The number of maps available in the matchmaker is rather low (you could also play custom battles but devs incentivise players to play in the matchmaker so much it's not even worth bothering with custom battles) so there's a severe lack of diversity in terms of gameplay. Battles are usually extremely unbalanced and it's just not fun. There's probably way more reasons for why the game went downhill but I can't be bothered to think of them all.

игра отличная, признана лучшей игрой на флеше, я не понимаю почему её так топят, 1. без ДОНАТА ВОЗМОЖНО продвигатся, игра НЕ заставляет тебя донотить 2.она не стоит на месте, она обновляется, добавляют что то новое, в отличии многих игр в стим 3.да, убрали кристалы, но разве это делает её плохой? плохой её делает комьюнити 9/10 из за комьюнити

It is a really good game. It's just basically a nice, small, fun tank game. Doing the daily challenges will give you really good rewards. Although it's slow to progress, it's a fun game.

A fun game to play until you get to the higher levels where spending money is the only way to win, sadly updates and revisions have diminished the game play, and the earlier versions where much better than it is now, what ever you do sign up and play a bit, but do not waste your money on it.

Once again, Tanki Online is very pay2win, probably even more pay2win than it was before because of micro upgrades, but I won't spend money on a game that has too many mults and bad people who make battles plain boring. The developers implemented so many terrible updates and people have left. Why should I care anymore? I can say that XP battles are more enjoyable than anything else in the game. However, some XP players are rude; they tried to make me leave because they were waiting for a friend to join, even a moderator asked me to leave but he left himself. Don't join this game unless you're rich and you think you can afford to waste as much money as you like.

Inaccurate physics and bureaucratic developers. Game was ok 4 years ago but has only gone downhill since. Level designers have blocked shortcuts with barges and if you self destruct because of poor physic mechanics they penalise your entire team. Think a bit more. Game is boring and irritating.
