Do you remember the old X-Wing and Tie Fighter computer games? This is basically those with updated graphics and VR. It's a shame there's only one brief mission, but at this point you can buy BF1 for less than five bucks. It's certainly worth that, especially if you're a Star Wars fan. (This mission ties into Rogue One.) I wish they would take those old classics and simply port them to this code. It probably wouldn't be a huge project. I would buy that in a heartbeat!

This was my first PSVR experience and it has been my most memorable. I still fire this game up after a year or two now, and am still blown away by it (and depressed that Criterion didn't make a full game out of this...). Yes, it is only 20 minutes long, but man it is the craziest thrill ride you've ever been on. It is like an amusement ride. Yes, it is short, but exhilirating. Here's to more SW VR experiences!

Is it worth downloading to give it a go? Yes. But is it a good cockpit game for PSVR? Absolutely not. Eve: Valkyrie, is a far superior shooter from flight mechanics to graphical elements. The flight mechanics in X-Wing are quite poor, and the entire experience was bland. No multi-player as well. A reasonable 30 minutes to spend a session on VR, nothing more, nothing less.

It is without doubt the best cockpit space game for VR on any platform. It is very immersive and i highly recommend that you turn off the HUD to make it even more immersive. I have played through it 5 times and its still really cool! Good Graphics, good sound effects and good gameplay. But it is very short and repetitive. There are multiple endings but they are not worth mentioning since they are just a dialogue. You can use buttons on the dashboard witch is really cool. There is not much to say about this since its just a very short demo. But if you already own Star Wars Battlefront EA then its absolutely worth to check out even when you must download the whole game to play the demo. Maybe its just me but i think HandMotion would have been a really cool feature in this game. To press buttons and pull small levers in the cockpit and stuff! :D I gave it an 8 since its nothing but just a short demo. Its a cool experience but it does not add anything new to VR at all sadly.
