The game is honestly good, some people just criticize it beacuse of the controls, but the game itself is actually good and you can get used to the controlsx

Плохой эту игру назвать сложно. В ней прикольные боссы и музыка, некоторое композиции которой перешли в adventure. Проходиться легко. Но наслаждаться игрой не получается. Изометрия плохой вид графики для платформеров.

Well, there isn't much to say other than the 1997 PCs couldn't really do that good with Mega Drive / Genesis games. (Also shown with the S&K Collection) The 3-D wasn't THAT good. It was... decent. And lastly, I just don't like the control. Sonic is always too slippery... or... too slow.

I just really find this a not really good game. Not on the lines of Sonic 06, but it's level design is so lacking. Due to the limitations of the Sega MegaDrive/Genesis restricting the features of Sonic 3D Blast to a barren pseudo 3D Iso platformer. It does have very enjoyable music, I'll give it that, but getting past the despicable 3D controls consisting of a few keys for directional input (I don't think any level design was built in mind with it), and three buttons. Now talking about the level design will have you know that Sonic couldn't even go fast so basically the "Sonic" title is only pertaining to the character and not the gameplay. There are instead puzzle gimmicks that just do not mix well with the isometric view. This was a huge mistake by Sega. If Sega aimed to put this game on the Saturn and I don't mean just slightly updating the visuals and changing the music, I mean literally using the Saturn's superior power to the MegaDrive to render fully 3D models, construct good level design, then this game could've hit the marks (IMO I'm not really criticising here).

This game is okay and the graphics are meh. This game is meh but is flawed. This sonic game gets a lot of hate but I can see why but it isn't as bad as people think it is.

After Sonic3&Knuckles, expectations were high for Sonic's next adventure. And we got... this. Sonic's first jump into the 3D world. In the mid nineties, multiple video game franchises jumped into 3D. We had some great games, like Super Mario 64 and The legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Some franchises were born in 3D as well, like Banjo Kazooie and Crash Bandicoot. However, some Franchises decreased in quality or straight out died while jumping into 3D. Some examples are Earthworm Jim, Bubsy (Wait, Bubsy games were never good.) and most infamously, Sonic the Hedgehog. This isn't even a platformer. There's this weird overhead view that makes me think I'm playing some kind of domented Zelda game. The game controls terribly, and it's buggy as hell. The soundtrack and graphics save this game from being one of Sonic's worst games. The graphics are somewhat appealing, and the soundtrack is one my favorites from the series. However, Sonic 3D Blast just may be Sonic's worst jump into 3D
