The co-op versus mode is pretty cool but with limited fighters, and the single player mode has some annoying bugs like fights not registering when completed and some visual bugs with text boxes

The most unrealistic real boxing I've ever played. Still waiting for a studio group of people smart enough to copy Fight Night

The sheer lack of fighting games on the Switch, let alone games representing boxing specifically, certainly opens the door to opportunity for developers determined to give it a shot. While Real Boxing 2 does a decent job of getting some of the basics down, delivering the jabs, wraps, and uppercuts you’d expect in a boxer (complete with a little room for flair as well) it also struggles a bit in some key areas, keeping it from being a go-to game even with a lack of competition in the space. The main issue, overall, is that everything feels unpolished and rough. The controls take some getting used to, especially since they generally feel overly complicated using both joysticks as well as some face buttons to deliver punches, but it is easy for this to end up feeling muddled when you’re in the thick of things. The mini games for training to get your fighter into better shape are also a bit of a mess, with one stand-out issue being indicators for buttons you’re supposed to quickly press using different colors at times, some of which makes them hard to read against the background of the environment. If you’re hard up for a boxer, with some effort you’ll probably get some enjoyment from it, but be warned it doesn’t feel like a real contender. ****/2021/12/mini-reviews-december-1st-edition.html

Stinks Dreadful static fighting, no ducking and diving, looks OK moves like stick puppets. Nasty mobile grinding, stupid card system to level up (obviously monetised on mobile) bought at half price, would rather have got takeout coffee and flap jack... Yet it's received good reviews on mobile. Desperate for a proper boxing game, this isn't it. **** and blows You can play career or vs there's no practice or play against the computer, lacking in everything as well as options

Unfortunately the gameplay isn't great, but the big problem is the bugs and glitches. It has some good things but the game can be boring at times. It's not a bad boxing game, but it isn't that good.

I have to register to this website to comment on this game. It has Too many bugs and errors. Daily tasks cannot be finished because of bugs, stuck to some certain stage and cannot go any further because of bugs, cannot buy gems because of bugs, cannot finish lots of stages because of bugs. It’s the worst game published to Switch and they should be a shame. How should i get refund on switch.

As one of the first to pick the game up, I wasn't too impressed. The graphics are decent, and the fight quality fun. After surpassing area 3 on campaign, it's a lot more fun and open with all abilities. Quite in-depth. There's a massive problem though. Upon hitting area 11, progression stops because you can only get stars from glitches battles which don't have opponents, or online battles. There are no players online, and some of the "Boxing Nights" are glitched without opponents. It prevents you from getting anymore trophies and is very annoying. Please fix this!
