My Big Sister is the adventure genre at its simplest form. The solution to each "puzzle" is so evident that the only challenge here will be the struggle to stay awake. The horror-esque plot, and mature themes explored could help a lot, but they are handled in a manner that the average player will be left scratching his/her head about whether this is a dry comedy with some darkness thrown in, or a dark fantasy story coupled with some low-key humour.

My Big Sister might not be the most enthralling masterpiece ever made but this production is not without its charm and value, namely its plot with multiple endings and art style. Those looking forward for its puzzles will find them too similar and its lifespan could certainly use an improvement but My Big Sister stands out when it comes to quality of its writing and character interaction.

In the end, My Big Sister had a story that stands out from the crowd. With multiple outcomes, it certainly does hold the value of it’s asking price of $5.99. Players looking for a more traditional RPG experience may want to steer away. If, however, you’re seeking a good puzzler RPG with a decent sense of humor that helps lighten some dark themes, then My Big Sister is something to check out.

For the price, this game offers a unique storyline with an interesting mystery. For those who love exploration 16 bit games, this is for you! Note: This is a dark game - not for everyone. Graphics - 10/10 Rich detail in 16 bit and moody atmosphere lend itself to the game's haunting aura. The game creators do a great job of eliciting creepy elements with limited graphics. Gameplay - 9/10 Search feature offers a flag to let you know when you've stumbled onto a hidden item. There are multiple nodes for exploration, including many secret endings depending on user choice during the last segment. Rather than replaying from start to finish, opt to replay the final stage to see if you can get them all. Music - 9/10 The music in My Big Sister does a great job of conveying the creepy atmosphere in each stage. Overall a great game.

I love this game. I'm a **** for the art style and love Luiza's lines. Its a cute spooky game with several endings. It's very short and a bit predictable at times but I highly recommend it to anyone fond of pixel horror games.

The first question I have asked myself was: Where is the RPG here? It's a simple created adventure, mixed with dark and humorous storyline. Not even complex enough to spend enough time with. Looks like today, almost every game is sold as RPG and people, especially the younger generation, cannot recognize and define this genre anymore. Just tearful....

My Big Sister is a pixelated top-down game with interesting premise. The light puzzles and weirdly appealing cast keep the game fairly light-hearted, but be prepared for some serious topics to come up. It doesn't take long to beat, but it's worth the time.

A genuinely enjoyable experience with a great story and great characters. Only complaint is its pretty short, but its a great buy for its price.

My Big Sister is an enjoyable and affordable horror game with a well-written story, but can’t quite decide if it’s going to be a horror game or visual novel. It is a short experience, but one that will satisfy you if you’re willing to give it the time.

An incredibly fun adventure game with a story that can really mess with your head. Some of the puzzles can be pretty time consuming, but nothing outlandishly difficult.

SummaryMeet Luzia, a sarcastic twelve-year-old with a playful sense of humor. If you believe what she says, My Big Sister is an RPG-like adventure game that is not about her but about her sister Sombria.
