Last Flag
Last Flag offers a fun, nostalgic take on Capture the Flag, transforming the classic game into a chaotic 70s-themed TV show. The 5v5 shooter features unique characters, real-time upgrades, and a vibrant art style with an Imagine Dragons-infused soundtrack. Despite its accessible price and lack of microtransactions, the game suffers from a severe lack of content at launch, with only two maps and one mode. While enjoyable with real players, bot matches are monotonous due to limited AI, making it difficult to sustain a player base in a competitive market. The reviewer doubts its long-term viability despite its charm.
You don’t have to be a big Arena Shooter fan—or have a childhood full of campfire Capture The Flag—to find something to enjoy. If you give Last Flag a little time and meet it on its own terms, there’s a really fun, chaotic rhythm to it that starts to click. It’s weird, it’s loud, it doesn’t always go the way you want it to—but when it works, Last Flag hits in a way that’s hard to replicate anywhere else.
Last Flag reworks the CTF formula, transforming it into a game of reading your opponent rather than one of pure skill. When matches click, the experience can be tense and unpredictable; however, the execution leaves much to be desired. The gunplay is merely decent, content is limited, and the player base struggles to sustain the system—not to mention a distinct lack of depth across various gameplay components. As things currently stand, the result is a multiplayer game that entertains for the first few hours but, in the long run, fails to maintain its hold on the player.

It's just terrible. Full of bots and the real players were cheating. Bad ping too

IGN France
Last Flag is built on a simple and effective concept, getting straight to the point: immediate fun, without any detours. While the first moments in-game feel magical, Last Flag will still need strong assets to keep its player base hooked, which will require additions to be implemented quickly and on a regular basis.

Last Flag has many fun aspects to entertain players enough for a full weekend of gaming; however, it may be lacking the special sauce to ultimately click with enough of an audience to keep the live-service game running.

Uagna.it
Last Flag by Night Street Games is a 5v5 hero shooter focused exclusively on Capture the Flag, set in a distinctive and well-crafted 1970s setting. The gameplay is simple to understand yet capable of generating intense and dynamic battles, thanks in part to the characters’ unique abilities and the radar tower system that guides the search for the flag. However, some critical issues emerge, particularly weapon balance issues and a general lack of content. Despite this, the game shows great potential and is fun, especially considering the low price.

Gameliner
Last Flag delivers a fresh multiplayer twist with tense matches and a solid presentation, though balance issues linger. Its longevity hinges on the playerbase, and in a 2026 free-to-play landscape, that price tag makes it a risky bet.
