A generously long-lasting slice of festive entertainment for the peripheral. [Issue#117, p.120]
It is very deep, with over 100 quests and activities, and that's not to mention all of the unlockables and surprises that can be found around the park. Disneyland Adventures is a game of discovery for kids (and the kids-at-heart).

Richer than most kiddie Kinect options. [Feb 2012, p.107]

I played a couple of times, it lasted for 3 hours, I was tired of constant tasks like bring it, serve it, when I entered the portal it was interesting to go through the levels, but in the park itself it became boring, you literally had to run around with your arms outstretched and look for items for the npc, well I don't think it's very good.

From what I’ve played, this game is beautiful in design and character choices, but it would have been a whole lot better if it wasn’t Kinect. It’s hard to control the character, too.

There's very little criticism here; if you're looking for a sure-fire winner for the young Disney fans in your house this holiday, buy Kinect Disneyland Adventures.

In my opinion the best Kinect game for both kids and parents. Compared to other Kinect games for children like the Sesame Street game or Carnival Games this by far the best I have seen. The player control of pointing in a direction and running in that direction in the virtual Disneyland is understandable even for a 3 year old child like my daughter. All mini-games are playable in two-player mode and are easy, fun and entertaining. Children who know the Disney characters like Mickey, Minie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy & Pluto from TV can meet them in the game. Not only them... even all the Disney princesses and the Toy Story characters are there!

Wow, wow, wow a fantastic videogame, really, this is a really game for kids, because I remember when I visit Disneyland and is fantastic, and this electronic version is incredible. Is a hit for the kids.

The joy here comes from the interaction and the allowing of yourself to be caught up in the world on offer. Yes, if you're over the age of 12 or not a Disney fanatic you'll grow bored of it but everyone else will be having a great time.

A day at Disneyland isn't that way. Kinect gets its game maybe larger and more varied, but it isn't exciting and seems slow. Besides, the interpretation of player's movements on screen is not accurate, it isn't fast, creating many gameplay mistakes. Children may like this game a lot, if they are patient.

Kinect: Disneyland Adventures is a very entertaining game, even though it sometimes just feels like a big product placement with waving and jumping, and despite the fact that the quick game option only works in games you've played before. It's hard to not get sucked into a nostalgic daydream and just smile your way through the game.

Disneyland Adventures does a remarkable job of replicating the park and all its charms, but flawed controls put a damper on this excursion.

The controls are almost always downright woeful - mostly being either way too sensitive or barely responsive at all.

First,Graphic is very beautiful. Disney Animation is living in. Second, This game is a valuable recording Disney park music. That musicCD has not been released yet in the world.

I know Disneyland like the back of my hand, and the 3D recreation of the park in this game is spot on, down to every last trash can and Churro stand. Unfortunately it's difficult to navigate the environment and this game would have greatly benefited from allowing you to use your controller to walk around the park. The mini-games that make up the bulk of the content here are hit and miss and like most Kinect titles mostly consist of waving your arms around and hoping something will happen. Highlights include the Matterhorn skiing level, flying through Neverland with Peter Pan and bopping around the galaxy on Space Mountain. Conspicuously absent are Star Tours and Indiana Jones, two of my favorite rides. It's a shame that this game was developed before Disney purchased those properties (although that's the ONLY reason I'd be glad that Disney bought out Lucasfilm). All in all I would like this game a lot more if you could simply run around the park with a cap gun or lightsaber whacking tourists over the head. Look sharp for an NPC "dad" who looks a heckofalot like Barack Obama.
