It promotes gratuitous nudity, reckless disregard for life and limb, vulgar language, crass behavior, and careless attitudes towards the destruction of personal property. And yeah, it's fun.

Between being based on a show without any new episodes in several years, and having its primary release be on the PlayStation 2, there is an air of irrelevancy to the entire product.

Although the game's presentation could've been sweeter, the gameplay manages to impress. Multiplayer isn't bad, either. That is, if you find a buddy with a fine tolerance for pain and really gross stunts.

In the end Jackass: The Game fails to capture what made the show so funny, and this is not for a lack of effort. It does feel like they tried to turn it into a legitimate title, but this is just not an ideal show to do it with.
