Bad game do not play, i want an refund. And is stinky and goey and don't respect the half life rules

The game have INSANES cinematics, there are ABSOLUTELY no glitchs or bugs. I highly recommended you this game, you will probably not regret your choice. NO TROLL PART: This game is trash.

Have decided to replay the game and decided to improve the rating to a 1/10 (hooray.) The game still suffers from many issues regarding gameplay, story, voice acting and more. Earlier missions it does somewhat of a job guiding you in the right direction though that is quickly lost when moving on to the next missions. Have been in many situations where I'm running around the map wondering where I'm intended to go for something to just *happen* out of nowhere. The story makes little to no sense and would be an insult to even consider this as a fan story to either of the two Half-Life games. And of course the obvious jab of using YouTubers and Content Creators for the voice acting instead of... actual voice actors that dedicate their entire career to voice acting in things like video games. Overall, while there have been slight improvements, the game still suffers from almost all the issues it originally released with. Therefor why I still gave the game a terrible rating.

The best part of the game was when the Michell said "it's hunt down the freeman time" and hunt down the freeman guy show up and the final battle of the game starts 11/10 the most game ever #HTDFSweep #HTDFCopiessold

This game was so bad it made Valve make a new Half-Life game. I still want you to buy it though, because it truly must be seen to be believed.

An absolute masterpiece. Beautiful soundtracks, Nice visuals, Great animations and gun models, decent story, and brand new gameplay. Would recommend it to everyone

There is nothing good in the game. Copycat of metal gear solid and half life 2. Nothing to have fun. No freedom, so many bullsh** cutscenes. No goood voice acting. No good character models. No good stuff

This game is not as bad as it is said to be. Yes, she wasn't perfect, but she didn't deserve the hate she got. In my opinion, it is even better than the second part of Half Life.

If this game was a pie I would absolutely put my weiner in it. Even just playing the game gives me enough pleasure to reach full climax within seconds. I have ruined multiple keyboards and even shirts while playing this game but thats the price i must pay for such an incredible piece of art

This game was my first love. I never want to think of another game. The graphics are outstanding and almost life like, the gameplay is smooth and responsive, the platforming is outstanding, and the combat is thrilling. 10/10, everyone should own this game.

One of the best games I've played, a phenomenal combination of incredible gameplay, an intriguing story and photorealistic graphics. The most realistic wooden boxes I've seen in video games, a worthy sequel to Half-Life 2. P.s. Mitchel pls come back from under the textures.

The funny man swings his crowbar really fast and it makes me scared. 10/10 best game ever.

This game is so amazing, it combines parkour and really good gameplay on a single package. all the characters have their own cutscenes as well which sell their story fully.

This game made me feel things that no other game has been able to replicate. The intriquite use of using console commands to solve puzzles is mind blowing. No other video game requires you to cheat in order to beat it.

A literally unplayable bug-fest. I can't even give this game the usual pity 2 points because there's no effort put into this game whatsoever.

This game isn't really good. Voice acting: The voice acting for most scenes and gameplay is pretty decent, however, these devs thought it would be a good idea to ask YouTubers or other influencers to voice for their game. Gameplay: The gameplay itself isn't bad. It feels like a modern shooter, which is a good thing. The only big flaw here is that on Hard mode, you deal way to few amounts of Damage. Singleplayer: The singleplayer is probably the reason why this game isn't good. The story itself makes sense, but the execution of it went wrong. There are many assets stolen from other franchises and games, and there is a good amount of bugs. Cutscenes: The cutscenes are probably the best part of this game. They used source filmmaker. The cutscenes themselves look really good. Price: It's 8€. That is way too expensive for a mod like this. If this game would've been free, it would've got half the hate. This game isn't worth the money.

Low quality cashgrab that stole assets and wasn't even properly completed. Bugs and glitches galore. Don't waste your money or time on this one.

This "game" shouldn't even be on steam. Basically the level design is the most amateurish design I have seen in my entire life (I am a source developer myself too). Voice acting is god awful as well. All in all, just a big cash-grab.

YOU F**KED UP MY FACE So, Hunt down the freeman is a cringe-fest that shouldn't be classed as a game, due to the fact half the game is just stolen from other, good, games. This "game" feels like a mod for half-life 2, which is beacuse... it is. This game started out as a mod half-life 2 and it shows. Unlike the Stanly Parable, another game that was just a mod but was made into a stand alone game, Hunt Down the Freeman didn't get any major changes, other than the voice acting done by YouTubers who are ment too play an american, even if they have a sodding British accent! The only good voice acter is who ever plays G-Man compared to the rest of the "actors" there an award-winning performer, and even they say some pretty cringy **** like the now infamous, Black Mess-ah line. All in all? Go play half life 2. This game looks like it but was made a decade after it.

For anyone saying that this game is a Prospekt 2.0, let me tell you that you're all wrong, this game is by far, much worse. I'll start telling that this game is an effortless asset flip and feels literally like a random Garry's Mod map filled with NPCs with mindless killing as purpose. The voice acting is terrible, the game is a bug fest, some NPCs are so broken that they can kill you from afar, the story writing feels like a cheap fan fiction written by some bored kids that have been watching a lot of Hollywood movies, the gunplay is terrible, the optimization is literally non-existent, the AI is broken and the game itself is inconsistent, everything feels out of place or odd. I honestly don't know how did this "game" end up on Steam, considering that this is a real mess and it's even worse than Prospekt with literally nothing good to mention about it.
