Throwing out the dour and the drab, Dead Island 2 is all about killing in style. From the beautifully rendered wastelands of HELL-A, to the equally visceral limb destruction system, there’s endless fun to be had here. With enough to do solo or with friends/strangers, not to mention the upcoming expansions, Dambuster Studios have rewritten how to enjoy oneself in the face of Armageddon.

A delightfully gory surprise, Dead Island 2 rises above its hellish development to deliver the sort of horror comedy romp that is rarely seen in the industry. It doesn't break the mould, but it does deliver pure blood-soaked campy joy from start to finish.

A fun game with solid graphics and even procedural damage generation — it absolutely knows what it wants to be: a cheerful zombie-slaying fest, and in that, it stands several heads above its closest competitor

Well..this game rocks..sometimes people doesnt understand a **** about games. I **** an FPS Action RPG with Zombies. The graphic is OUTSTANDING. Lots of quests and abilities,a superpower..a cool **** free on gamepass. COOL what else can i say. If RE7 was only an half of this game.. Maps **** side **** best weapon crafting system that ive ever seen in my life. I've been playing it for days and it's a lot of fun. As for longevity, with the side quests you can get through at least 4 or 5 evenings at least... intuitive... It's awesome. There are some club moments... I'm having fun... and I recommend this video game to everyone. Questo è il mio commento a livello **** riesco a scrivere in inglese per troppo tempo mi affatico. Dead Island 2 does not fool you into thinking it's another deep virtual drama or an epic RPG. It's simply a great action comedy designed to make you relax, provided you like bloody hordes of zombies.

Dead Island 2 is a classic zombie-themed action game that offers hours of fun in its amusing brutality, with thousands of undead to slay in the most creative ways and a collection of weapons suitable for every need. However, the lack of originality limits the potential of a gaming experience that doesn't shine in terms of story and mission variety. Fighting zombies from Beverly Hills to Santa Monica is always satisfying. Still, after almost ten years of waiting for Dead Island 2, we would have expected something more than an action game that does its duty and nothing more.

Zombie hacking at its purest, Dead Island 2 takes some simple ideas and works them to perfection in a well-made and fun game. It's a one note thrill, but does well to make that note absolutely sing.

Dead Island 2 is very much so a blast from the past. It looks pretty, but it’s a phoned-in first-person action zombie adventure with oddly unpolished combat, horrendous writing, and overly linear stages that lack depth.

Dead Island 2 knows exactly what it is — and you should know it as well before buying. If you really, really love killing zombies in lots of different ways, go on, you'll have a lot of fun. If zombies are just normal enemies for you and you think a game needs more than that in order to work, don't even get close.

Großartiges Spiel, wenn man es zusammen im Koop mit einem Kumpel zockt. Coole Grafik, toller Sound. Macht Spaß im Koop. Daumen hoch!

DI2 has a lot of effort put into it. Graphics is very cool, lovely locations and their post-apocalyptic designs, the gore system is something out of this world, and each building is very detailed. However, all of this feels somehow repetitive and quite soulless; it doesn't make your heart pump like the first part did or DR/DL series. Gameplay lacks some unique concept/mechanics besides bashing zombies, again, like combining it with parkour or making a complete madness out of it, like in DR, it feels dull. Even elemental things don't help, as they're copypasted and there aren't many unique situations like RE brings to the player every minute. The keys/locks thing isn't catchy and rewarding at all. Really appreciate all of the developers' work and some contributions to the genre tho, also some of the side quests are funny af and better than the main plot.

The game super fun in the start the gore was nice and the story was exciting, about early med game the game full off hard everything repetitive the game become boring asf and story and side quest are Cringe the only good side quest is Amanda until she turn her self to a zombie overall it’s gaming fast food, the game felt draining asf everything was so low mid tbh I won’t recommend this game playing solo or with a friend cause online the game connection was very bad I see my friend glaring like a lizard
