Candy Crush Soda Saga
Candy Crush Soda Saga takes Candy Crush to new heights for all new compelling matching that you can, and should fully enjoy for free.
Candy Crush Soda Saga is the latest of King's match-3 games, and it's just as fun as the rest.
This is a worthy successor to the original Candy Crush Saga with plenty for newcomers and old fans alike. Just don't be surprised if you end up with some cavities after playing for an extended period of time.

Much like the first one, but improves slightly on the graphics and quality of the level board games. Overall, still repetitive, difficult, and tedious with it's so many levels. Rating: 2.5/5 -> 5/10 stars

It's an easy game to dismiss as "just another match three," much like the original. Hell, I even did that with Candy Crush Saga, as the initial out of the proverbial box experience isn't all that different from any other matching game. If this sounds like you, I seriously suggest giving Soda Saga a fair shake as it's an incredibly good game. Once you give it a chance to grab you, it won't let go.

You go back to it again and again because levels are passable – you just wind up trying again and again until the candy gods take pity on you and finally issue a board that gives you a fair chance at succeeding.

a good time waster that is essentially just more additional levels of the original candy crush. there are some new puzzle gimmicks and mechanics, but nothing drastic enough to make it feel like a new game. decent game to play if you're stuck on the original candy crush, but want to try some new levels.

The sequel to King's most popular generic match three puzzler doesn't do too much different from the original. That's not the biggest issue with the game. Sure it's generic, but it still would've satisfied fans of the first. The issue here is that in an effort to get more people to spend money on IAPs King has raised the difficulty to an unfair level. Thereby breaking the game. Unless you by more moves or power ups some levels are impossible to complete without dumb luck. Literally no matter how much skill you have at these types of games there are levels that you are just not going to be able to beat without paying King or what seems like random divine intervention. What's worse is some of these levels are going to pop-up only shortly after starting. There have always been microtransactions in King games. This is however the first time they have so strongly attempted to force players into using them. You can technically play the entire game without them. Just don't expect to make much progress anytime soon. Without buying you are going to soon hit a level where luck is the only thing that will save you. King has created a game where how much skill you have matters not. Sorry Candy Crush fans, but this sequel is nothing more than a trap for your wallet.
