I am surprised of how much I liked this game. Probably the most innovative chess game out there and quickly drew me into the chess world. Definitely worth the price you pay.

Thanks to the Fritz!-Algorythm every round is challenging, as the AI doesn't do big mistakes. With many extras like the puzzles Battle VS Chess is a nice game for friends of the game of kings. For beginners this could be a tough nut though - for them the "undo" option is essential. Still - if you like chess, this sure is an interesting title for you.

I am surprised of how much I liked this game. Probably the most innovative chess game out there and quickly drew me into the chess world. Definitely worth the price you pay.

Battle vs. Chess is probably the most extensive chess game out there. There are a ton of modes and the animations of the fighting chess pieces are very nice. It's just a shame that the camera is positioned poorly and there really aren't that many people playing online.

Puts a little twist on general chess. Is it worth your money? Yes. But it isn't worth your time, unless you are specifically looking for a chess game to play with friends. While other modes are fun and all, it won't keep you coming back.
