Baldi's Basics is a good classic horror game. the graphics are dithered and bring nostalgia to those old NES Educational games, and I love it! although some people go "This GamES teXTUres ANd AudiO qUALity Is SO baD!" its supposed to be that way. The gameplay was decent and so was the balancing, but is a little bit RNG based. If your looking to play this I would recommend buying the second addition, Baldi's Basics Plus. But overall I really enjoyed this game

I like it. The original release of the game definitely deserves a lower rating, but the newer version of Classic is really enjoyable and has decent enough graphics that it doesn't hurt your eyes. The lore is interesting, even if it's not canonical for what will become with Plus, and the gameplay mechanics are so simple and intuitive. The endless mode is cool but quickly becomes impossible.

Baldi’s Basics in education is a creative and engaging challenge that pokes fun at edutainment games and strategy to get through the many enemies in your way, collect all notebooks, and escape Baldi, the issues that hold this game back a bit is how it can be too frustrating to deal with the things but besides that this game shines as one of best mascot horror games in the same line of Five Nights at Freddy’s.

It's really fun but after completing the game, it gets repetitive. I recommend playing Baldi's Basics Plus. I like the horror of this game though.

it's ok not really horror but still it has gameplay unlike most in the mascot horror genre and overall isn't bad just dated to the explosion of mascot horror games

that´s an awesome game, the graphics are not the focus, cause he is making joke of that old education games that were absolutely bad, this a really hard game to beat, there´s a normal and a secret ending, i thing that it is enough of endings, a good choice for hardcore gamers, but in the game if you want to see how many notebooks you can collect, try endless mode, have fun!

As much as I adore Baldi's Basics as a whole, the original game was made in a week and it shows. I'm just happy the remastered version took everything I hated about the original game and fixed it. I do have to give it credit though for mus_school. Despite being made in only 10 minutes it's a surprisingly good track. Overall, if you just remembered Baldi's Basics's existence and want to play it again just play the remastered version.

Anything above a 3 is extremely generous or just being a troll. The game uses assets that would have been a joke made in MS Paint in the 90s. Not excusable 30 years later. The audio is even worse, the developer is trying to be annoying as possible with it. The game play and balance is laughable, again a child in the 90s could have done 1000 times better in every way. Do not buy this garbage.

Baldi's Basics is not a meme game. Sure, the game looks crappy, but there s no airhorms or anything likt that. Baldi was supposed to be a crappy edutainment game like Spnic's Schoolhouse. Within that, thsi game SUPPOSED to be a crappy horror game. After all, this game is good! ;)

Holy cow this scared me so bad, this game is a huge meme so don't expect anything beyond that but tbh it's a pretty good meme

I have to say, don't expect something spectacular or anything because you won't find nothing like that, it's a meme game in general, is pure RNG most of the time but even with the awful graphics, gameplay is not good but it's not bad, some mechanics here and there and fun. Because even if it isn't a good game for some reason the game has something in it that i really enjoyed. So yeah, don't expect a horror game even if you see it like that because it isn't but have fun the pure RNG and funny situations that Baldi's Basics in education and learning have.

This game is okay, it is lacking a bit. But it is fun, but not scary. The characters are 90s cliches. The graphics look like they come from the N64/PS1 era. But this adds to its charm. Baldi’s Basics shouldn’t be remembered as a great game, but a charming experience

This is a meme game, sure, but an absolutely awful one. The graphics are offensive to the eyes, most of the sound is pure ear ****, the gameplay is luck-based, and the story is nonexistent. Not an iota of thought was put into the concept or characters. It combines horror game tropes with educational games from the 90s, but rather than being a loving sendup, it comes across as mocking both genres. Recently, a "secret ending" was added into the game, which is a complete disappointment and insult to every player. It only demonstrates the creator's lack of effort, his smug self-satisfaction, and his mistaken idea that cliches aren't cliches if you point them out. Forget about this turd and pick up a good horror game like Slender, a good education game like Brain Age, or a good parody game like Totally Accurate Battlegrounds. Just anything made with an ounce of human intelligence. It doesn't deserve its five minutes of popularity, and when it falls into obscurity, I'll be laughing.
