What a boring piece of crap. Same set of questions, same objective, same slow unskippable animations... What a sad excuse of a "game". This is why you should never buy a game without reading some reviews first :(

I purchased this game over the weekend (shortly after its July 5, 2018 release) because I've been trying to find party games comparable to the "Jackbox Party Pack" games. Since this game was touted as having content written by Danny Gallagher (Quiplash, Fibbage 2), I assumed that it would fall in line with what I was looking for. This game completely missed the mark. I can't believe the company released it at all in its current state. The game honestly feels like it was rushed; maybe because they ran over budget and just had to release as-is?! The first paragraph of the game description says that it was globally banned in the 1800's due to bar fights, etc.. None of the questions seen while playing would even be considered "controversial". The description made it sound like it was going to be much like "Cards against humanity" but failed to deliver. The game modes are not fun. On the game mode selection screen, I could see that there was another mode below the list, but it was disabled and I couldn't go to it. It turned out to be a "solo" mode that cannot be scrolled to unless you selected "1 player" on the previous screen. The audio in the game could use a lot of work. There *is* generic background music and sound effects when using the controller, but just adding some voice acting would have helped a lot. Wish I could get my money back. $12 USD isn't a lot... but it is $12 USD more than it should cost. The only thing "Awkward" about this game is that it even exists.
