A notorious downgrade from its predecessor: Level design, history, narrative and exploration deepness. But theres also an improvement, as could be music, environments aesthetics, bosses system (and some of them aesthetics tho). Dark Souls II is a good game, but a weak sequel and souls game, its plot and exploration is boring enough for quiting in early game.

Great map and environments design/connection, bosses aesthetical design and lore, game plot, adventure attempt and generally, final sensations. Otherwise, Dark Souls offers either simple and easy or extremely unfair bosses systems, some of them unfair systems involved with the huge differences between the player power and the enemy's. Also, the RPG word doesn't suits with the game style, don't play this game if you search a free leveling and customization experience, because the difficulty will crush you out. Prepare yourself if it's your first touch with the saga.

Doesn't feel any improvement in gameplay from last year (FM23), is even worst... The rivals team's AI looks overbuffed, everyone play with the same tactics n formations, also it looks that you cant play with any other tactics than the traditional offensive posession game. Creatives and 'talented' players are useless. And the most frustating theme about this title, are the players lazy attitudes.

Good game, not better than AC1 but far enough for a sequel. Florence is the great city of the saga.
