Solid action game that has stood the test of time. Playing it on PS Now. Fast paced, fun and frantic. Needs a modern day remaster.

Amazing audio-visual presentation, tight gameplay, interesting but a little dense story makes this a true masterpiece. This is a benchmark in quality, and very few games are like it.

Very good graphics, there is plenty of verticality inside the map which makes the Gameplay fun. Story and missions are generic. The game is overall good because value for money and core Gameplay are both very good.

A beautiful Action-Strategy hybrid, with charming artistic-style & an endearing story. Game-play is satisfyingly deep & enjoyable, and I adore the 3rd-person presentation. Plot & Characters can be a bit melodramatic, but as a whole here is a well-crafted, satisfying sRPG, with a very-unique A/V presentation. 9/10

I am only about an hour or-so in to the game & haven't played any of the soul games before, but on its own right this plays quite well and is both fun & accessible at the same time. Graphics and music are quite enjoyable but performance chugs here and there which is a real shame. From my early impressions I give it an 8/10 for a fun yet deep hack-and-slash RPG.
