A pure grinder. It's like they assumed if they included a checklist of features that make other games great, they'd have a great game. Open world? Check. Upgradeable weapons and abilities? Check. Crazy characters? Check. Etc. Except if there's a story I don't know what it is, the controls make me nauseous so I can only play in short bursts (if I still played), they made EVERYTHING upgradeable, it's confusing as heck, and pointless. The abilities ****, and you don't even notice the upgrades to the weapons. You just drive around shoot guys over and over.
