enjoable writing, atmosphere and visuals.. the pacing is not pleasant nor the gameplay .. but the ending was a bit refreshing

the first and last episodes are great. in the limits of their design / engine. always wanted from them some scripting and actions that matter. they didnt deliver, but at least they delivered great characters and dialog. it was a great ride, even if i hate the game mechanics , and game design )) which says a lot wish devs understood what makes games great

the best character development ive seen in a game for a long time (Lo Pheng) but there are too many of them ) my biggest problem is with the games phylosophy. it promotes selfsacrifice. thats not a sane thing to do. selfsacrifice should be a rational choice done in a specific context, not promoted blindly. unfortunately my lo pheng is the victim of this error, as he gets killed off just for not selfsacrificing for a random chick. story is cool, although i would rather not have a fantasy setting. and the scripting IS FINALLY GOOD. so many games **** this up and provide random redundant hurdles. this one doesnt. the combat is fine, altough u mostly end up playing with 1 character against everyone else

solid gameplay, solid writing. great attention to detail impressed on all accounts. personally i got a bit unstimulated after a while by the gameplay and wouldve wanted it to end like 60% sooner ). if they provided with an option to play story mode it woudlve been great

I'm enjoying this more than Dishonored. Maybe because the stealth engine is more rewarding, and because the character is much more interesting. Game is well optimized Downside would be the linearity and lack of creative mechanics. Honestly gadgets should be removed .. as well as powerups

Gosh this plot character design and dialog is so unattractive. Mechanics are okish, but im not impressed. overall mediocre project. waste of time and resources.

this is greatness. Bioshock was crap compared to this. THe gameplay is superb.. it touches on Thief and keeps the hardcore grind of the last metro. I was simply blown away by the stealth system and how you approach each area Support them. THanks.

This is a branch that is severely neglected by designers nowadays. Designers blinded by childhood fantasies, sales and "having fun". Games can be much more, as movies can heal and teach, games can be an even better tool at this, involving you even more, and flowing and shaping like water

Game is so bland and simple I got bored watching my gf play it for a few hours. THeres absolutely nothing exciting in it. Story is immersion is meh, those flying platforms are just shortcuts for level design. This title fails as a shooter and fails as a game

Great game, I knew it had potential from articles, but once i sat down and actually played it, it blew me away. The graphics is awesome, these guys really understand what immersion is. Its not about high res textures (which they have), but how well you hide them to look deep and gloomy. The gameplay hats off, even not as user friendly as Darksiders it has depth and allows more room for user skill. So many good ideas in one basket. This is a masterpiece. It deserves a shrine

Isuse! This game has no story whatsoever... by all that is holly, you will feel such emptiness when you finish it. I hate these guys, and my trust is completely lost. All that good level design went to waste .. Legacy of Kain still the king of the hill

Weak mechanics. I've played this in parallel to Future soldier. Man this game is broken .. AI ****, level design is awful. The feeling is ok, ending redeems itself somewhat. But the lack of options throughout the game really disconnects you from the main char. So I don't think it will be very memorable. it probably needed half a year of work to be a 8.5. That's where game design limits it.

Boring. THe setting is not bad, and the gameplay gets a pass, but the lack of RPG elements, NPCs are all the same, and the writing is nothing special. The AI is really rudimentary, you will have more fun playing Diablo 1, by far . Also a real time party based, doesn't really leave room for much. Probably the speed will cover mose AI problems

This game surprised me.. in a good way. I really didn't expect to find a good game design and interesting writing in it, but as it turned out .. I did. The characters are complex, the dialog is good, and the plot interesting. The only problem (s) is the technical part. The game is not optimized, is clunky, animations could use improvement, it needed 3 more months imo to be a 9 product. But I am grateful for it as it is. I recommend picking it up for 20 bucks, 35 if you're a fan of the series.

A great game, here's what it needed to be more. By most standards this app is awesome, but for me there's a killer dealbreaker: Character develompent. Max and the rest of the characters are weak and one sided, there is no progression, there is nothing to love about them. It reminds me of Breaking Bad, the same static feeling, people passing through life without learning a thing. And the second worst issue is the facial expressions.. they barely exist. Just because everything is done with so much detail, sound, graphics, mechanics .. its just sad to see the feeling, the immersion of the game being the weak point. Hope they improve

If you want an immersive ARPG, you've come to the wrong place. The design for this game doesn't lead to much. Artistic design, plot, game design, everything seems to be under par. Its impressive how they managed to through down the drain all that money, when an indie studio creates Path of Exile, a free to play ARPG. Go try it, and you will feel what immersion really is. click the Ok button in the popup window "The game has ended"
