This game delivers on its promise. You are a shark that eats everything and evolves throughout the game. But due to being underwater, and being a shark, the controls are unintuitive. If ya wanna play this game be ready for a heaping dose of clunk, because combat in this game can be a nightmare. I can't tell you the amount of times I have yelled "NO! I DON'T WANNA GO THE SURFACE! I CANT SEE NOW!" This is a great game, and idea, but is ultimately held down by several flaws, and bad controls. Also update before playing. Several glitches were in the 1.0 version that stopped autosave from working, meaning that if you died, you better be ready to start all over. Also, if you're deaf, be careful. Dialogue goes fast, and the subtitles are tiny.

Mortal Kombat 117
May 31, 2019
Mortal Kombat 11 stands out as probably one of the best fighting games currently out. The game looks amazing, the fighting system is as great as ever, and innovations for the fighting genre like it's dual bar system, and customizable variations make it unique compared to others. If you're looking for a cool fighting game to play, here you go. The fatalities in this game are some of the best so far, and most have a comedic value to them when compared to older games. The microtransactions and towers of time, while not fun ruining, are horrid, but all they lock is customizations to make your character look cool, so it ain't really that bad. The story this time is really cool, but it is still a fighting game story so don't get your hopes up. The Krypt is really cool, but since it is like it's own game, it is kind of bogged down by the immense amount of grinding and exploration needed to unlock most of it. Overall, the game is a really competent fighter with some light customization elements, but bogged down with some unwise customization choices and just having micro-transactions as a choice. While they aren't necessary, they are there. Honestly, it is a good game, but it's choices for some things will turn people away. Get it if you want a good, gory fighting game, but if you're not into the fighting genre, or are not ready to sink a few hours into the story or spend several hours exploring the Krypt, this ain't the game for you.

Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted9

This game pretty much nails everything that FNaF was known for: Hidden lore, funny character dialogue, killer animatronics, and lots of jump-scares. This game is terrifying, and you should definitely play it if you can and enjoyed the rest of the franchise. It's a scary journey through remakes of the first 3 games, and some new games and a fun spin on the fourth. With a total of 7 different types of FNaF the scares will last for a while, and there will be a lot of them. With secret tapes hidden all over the place, cute little prizes for clearing the night, and funny quips from the voice that tells you everything, the game is full of horror, laughs, and death. The only gripe is that the controls can be a little finicky at times, like when you swear to god you hit that door button and all of a sudden look at that, Bonnie just killed you when you only had 1 hour left. All-In-All, I would highly recommend this game if you enjoy the Horror genre, or just have a friend you want to scare the hell out of. And remember, this is a simulated environment, and you are not in any real danger. (Fazbear Entertainment not responsible for any real danger.)

The Caligula Effect8

I really can't say much. The game is good, but is bogged down by the combat system. The way that they introduce new enemies is just by adding this thing near them that gives them a new attack. However, the combat system is pretty cool in that it operates a lot like Transistor. If you have heard of/played that game, you know that the combat was great. The game goes into a circular board like state, and you and your team all choose attacks and abilities while the game displays the best possible outcome, and the enemies next movement, letting you plan your attack accordingly. The characters are fun, most of them, at least, and the music is really good. The extra characters that you form bonds with are basically just reskinned main characters with worse powers and stats. I also have to say that unlocking bonds in the causality link system is horrid. Having to have these crappy knockoff teammates on your team while you do something is always bad. I would recommend this game if you really enjoyed Transistor, or if you enjoyed the original Vita version of this game.

Days Gone9

I can sum up the game in one sentence: Massive hordes of Zombies, and a heart wrenching backstory. This game was in development for a long time, and it took way too long to come out, but it is finally here. The game is well polished, albeit there are some stuttering issues every now and then. The world is massive, the characters are all voiced well, and the story is fleshed out pretty well. The game delivers on the main thing that it was always noted for, and that being S&#T-LOADS OF ZOMBIES!!! Wandering around the world is already kind of scary due to the loads of freakers and traps that rippers put up, but when you run into a horde, there is nothing else in the game that can cause that level of terror and dread. The main characters Deacon and Boozer are written very well, and their voice actors really did a good job. The customization on your bike is also very well done. It kind of **** that there really isn't much customization for weapons. Now to move on to some of the games negatives. Fast traveling takes up fuel, which makes you constantly run the meter on your bike, even if you only need to get somewhere near faster. The game, while having a compelling story still is a lot of 'drive here, do this thing, then report to some dude to tell him what happened.' Another thing I absolutely despise is that credits, the currency of the game, are tied to their camp. An example is that, say you have 5000 credits in one camp. Well, if you go to another camp, those 5000 credits are useless since they are tied to that camp, meaning you need to get credits in the new camp. This can be a major pain if you need to upgrade your bike, but most of your money is tied to another camp specialized in weapons. Lastly is freaker extermination missions. While these missions can be very easy if you have enough molotovs, or have a ton of materials to make them, these missions can be horrid to finish if you only have one or two nests left in the zone, but are out of molotovs and their materials, and have picked the area clean of supplies. This means you need to head to a new area to scavenge for, most likely, kerosene. Other than that issue, I do enjoy extermination missions. They are fun, but can be annoying if you run into an extermination zone while low on supplies. Overall, the game is very fun and has a lot of things to do. The characters are written well, and the banter between Deacon and Copeland especially is funny. The world is massive, and the constant threat of freakers and the terror invoked when you run into a horde can constantly keep you on your toes. The world is very fun to explore, and the various missions all running alongside each other means that just driving around will still take you to a mission. The game can be frustrating though with odd things like linking money to it's own camp, taking fuel with fast traveling, and the random-ish nature of ambushes. All-in-All, if you are looking for an open-world slaughterfest filled to the brim with zombies and a compelling story, I would recommend this game strongly, but update it before playing seriously. On version 1.00 the game is prone to random crashes so be careful.

This game, while not the best, is still a great game. It is beautiful, and While it can get a bit repetitive, is still very fun. Max's voice acting is kinda hit and miss. It is good sometimes, and bad at others. The world is huge, and customizing your magnum opus is very fun. The game overall is fun,but can get repetitive. There is a lot to do in the wasteland, and is overall a very enjoyable game.

This is truly a masterpiece, and one of the best games on the Nintendo DS. I love this game, and would highly recommend it to anyone. From exploring the overworld and rescuing slimes, to capturing monsters to gain their loyalty to use in tank battles, this game is truly amazing.

This game is magnificent. This is one of the best Platformers I have ever played, and That is Rayman. Rayman Is all about Pure platforming goodness, Epic music, and Ridiculously Abstract Characters with not one bit of a story tied to it. Oh, and did I say Epic Music? All I can say is BUY IT.

This game is just fun. It is a delight to run around and stop crimes, screw with people, mess with police, hack into other people's worlds and watch laughing as they stand only feet away from you, yet cannot find you hiding in that old car. There are so many things to do and not enough time with my schedule. The game has beautiful graphics and a great soundtrack. The civilian AI is stupid and can become annoying at times, but they would have to be stupid to fall for the traffic light hack. The only downside is that in mid-firefight the controls can get a little crazy, but other than that, this is an amazing game.

This game is a masterpiece. The fact you can change the world around you and view all from different perspectives, each with a different take on the situation you are faced with, is amazing! The creators had one of the best ideas ever! this game's take on puzzles forces you to look at each level at a different way, challenging you to change your perspective of the world.
