It has amazing graphics, sound, design, and what else, but it lacks an easy mode mainly for kids. My nephews loved the game, but it's frustating hard, which makes it impossible to them to play with me. Another con is, I don't know other versions, but the Switch version has too long loadings.
A bunch os PS4 and Xbox fanboys and Nintendo haters are giving it low scores just because it's a Switch exclusive. Most of this attacks comes from Spain. That is disgusting!!!
So, you walk. And walk. And walk more. And if you are tired, you walk again, until you find something fun to do. Boring. Despite this, it has good graphics, good sound and a well made protagonist.
Money grinding, poor graphics, always on-line which destroys the Switch's portability, pay 2 win, 20Gb mandatory download even with the physical version, SJW garbage. Stay away from this piece of ****.
Too bad I spent my money on this overrated hyped game. The fact of dying and totally losing your progress and power ups is just stupid, it makes you feel that all effort you did exploring and collecting items was for nothing. Doesn't worth the price, which is expensive.
I played on the computer and now I'm playing this portable version. And it's a good version, the same good experience I had on PC, with good graphics, good music, nice quests, and a important feature: a lot of languages - subtitled and dubbed - you can download for free from e-shop.
It's a fun game, but it has some bad design choices. Sometimes the hints to solve the puzzles are vague and/or not understandable, and some bosses are just boring.
Another irritating narrator talking all the time, trying to provoke some kind of tension with a annoying pace of voice. Like Transistor. Apparently, SG Games only knows how to do that. Thank God in this game you can shut him up in settings. Besides this, it's an average action RPG with nothing really new. I know some people would like it, but it's not that much for me.
One of the best horror games I've ever played. Great story, great moments of pure creepy gore, a little bit of romance, a big dose of despair, great puzzles, everything was just perfect on the gameplay.
The irritating voice of Transistor talking all the time makes this game annoying as hell, lol. The combat is boring after a few hours of gameplay. It could be way better than it is, as it has nice graphics and visual in general.
Overly hyped puzzle game. And yeah, boring most of the time. Soundtrack is barely there. The puzzles are easy, which can be good or can be bad, it's up to you, but sometimes they don't make any sense, because it seems that the authors had no ideas for using the standard mechanics for new puzzles, so sometimes the things behave in a way they have not behaved before. I managed to finish it (and the end is awkward, terrible), but definitely it's not worth the price.
It's a good game, don't get me wrong, but I feel like it was very "zeldafied". I prefer Marios where the course itself is the challenge, like Super Mario 3D Land, rather than picking up compelling items to progress. But that's just my opinion. What is not just an opinion is about the camera: sometimes it is terrible.
The first Revelations is better than this one, but this is an average game that worth it a try. Some puzzles are just boring, and I didn't like that a single choice in the middle of game could change the ending so further. There is a good balance of chalenges and resources.
Years after retiring my old DS Lite and dedicate myself almost exclusively to 3DS and Switch, I have the pleasant surprise to try this game, by indication of friends. The game is very good, colorful, fun, challenging, with good soundtrack and elements of Castlevania, Metroid, beat'em up, RPG and other genres, in a mixture that works very well.
Good graphics, good special effects, good soundtrack, but... I don't know, it didn't hit me that much. I think that's because it's a little tedious that you are going through the stages just smashing buttons, and that's all you will do, while other hack'n slash games have puzzles and other challenges to offer. I think the first Bayonetta game is slightly better than this one.
The first game I played on the Switch. I had some fun, but at times it seemed to me a little boring. Sometimes the story did not captivate me. However, it is worth trying for the price.
A great ride in a haunted house, with some jump scares and a story that gradually becomes understandable. Play in the dark with headphones for a better experience.
First Resident Evil game I've ever finished. A satisfying experience for a survivor horror game, where you must manage your resources and count on ability to survive. Sometimes it's hard as hell, but I think that is the proposal.
Very unbalanced enemies. The combat is full of blablabla which Japanese people use to love, but it's annoying. The combat system doesn't help, it's long and boring. Graphics look worse than a Nintendo DS game.
This game is wrong in so many ways that it's fun as hell. You will laugh with the situations involving the protagonist and his harem of waifus. On the other hand, the combat is pretty strategic and enjoying.
I had some fun with this game, even though some levels were a little bit confusing, and it may be boring after some time of gameplay. But the main problem is that it's poor designed for solo playing, you should try it only if you are going to play with a friend.
I'm a old school man, and this is a very girly game, but I must be impartial and recognize the good features this game has. I wish I had a daughter to play with her.
Good level design, very addictive puzzle+platform game. The gameplay is smooth and satisfying, the music is relaxing. The cons are the bosses, a little annoying. But it totally worth it.
I had some fun playing it, and I liked the snowy atmosphere, and the soundtrack, but close to the end it became to be a little boring. I guess that's the reason I never finished it, I stopped just before the final battle...
A half-baked platformer game, which is a little bit overpriced for what it is. Sometimes it's a little bit confusing to understand what is just the background and what can really kill you. Some levels are too easy, some of them are too hard and unfair, especially the last level, when you have to rely on luck instead of ability to progress, which shows that there are some problems in level design.
It has some fun, but there's a lot of dialogues and the combat is sometimes too easy, sometimes too long and unfair. Defeating the minions is useless, because the bosses can respawn them AND act in the same turn, which is stupid. Not for everyone, maybe it worth it for a cheap price.
It would be not a bad game, but the controls are clunky and a unresponsible sometimes, which is a flaw. It has a good story, but some cons for game design (sometimes you have to count on luck to progress). Doesn't worth the full price.
A very overrated game with nothing too special. The great feature is the soundtrack, which is really good, but the rest of the game is just like any other indie shovelware. It would deserve a 6, maybe a 7, but I gave it a 4 because the saddest thing is that the game is hyped by the specialized media just because the political views and connections of the author, which is a very disgusting fact.
It's not even a game, it's more like an interactive screensaver. I don't think it is so amazing beautiful as people use to say, I think it's just O.K.. However, you can get some fun...
I think it's a game you can only play if you are a patient person. It's not platform enough, it's not puzzle enough, it is more like an interactive novel. I agree it should have been a movie, not a game.
What should I say about his game? It's just a amazing, a totally must have! I felt like playing a real tabletop RPG, as it has the most realistic roleplay I've ever seen in a e-game. TONS of quests are waiting for you, wherever you are, Dovahkiin!
It's an OK game with a lot of action and a high level difficulty, but after 10 hours it becomes to be boring, because it is always the same: shoot, shoot and shoot.
This a generic J-RPG with a reasonable story, which a lot of people will like for sure. The difficulty is not well balanced, sometimes it is too easy, sometimes too hard. But it's fun enough.
A nice relaxing experience, with good graphics, 3D effect and amazing pictures from Japan. It's very simple, so be cautious before buy it. The cons? It's very overpriced, too bad!
