I don’t know why I didn’t hear about this show sooner because it’s one of the true gems currently on Netflix. It’s a beautifully shot, tight show with multi-layered characters, nuanced relationships, thoughtful exploration of important issues, and authentic portrayals by a diverse and talented cast! I’m a big Young Adult genre fan and have watched many YA shows, but very few are on the level of Grand Army! Bravo!

Superbly delivers on many levels - writing, acting, and special effects. So much heart to this show. My only regret is that I waited so long to start watching it!
