Marvel's Wolverine10

It's clear the grifters haven't played this game because it's great. Enjoyable story. fluid, brutal combat. A plethora of unlockables that will appease fans of the comics, and an experience I had to finish from start to end. If you deprive yourself of this experience because a couple review bombers lied to you then I feel sorry for you. Do yourself a favor and grab a copy.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising8
May 15, 2026
Short, fun action adventure game. The art style is right up my alley, and the gameplay is smooth and fluid. The story misses the mark for me, but I do enjoy seeing familiar faces from Eiyuden Chronicles. The gameplay loop of getting stamps and watching the town improve over time is addictive. There is frequent revisiting of locations, but they're for quests and resource gathering so it never feels pointless. Still repetition can set in, but with this being a short experience I didn't mind it. The music is also great, though I'm not sure you'll remember any of it once I you put the game down. The exception being the fun little diddy that plays during the building montages. Overall it's a lovely game that you can pick up for $6-$7 on sale and for that price its worth it.

Need for Speed7
Nov 24, 2025
This is coming from someone who hasn't played a Need for Speed game since Hot pursuit 2 on PS1. Recently though I've been getting back into the series (Starting with this one) first let's go over the negatives. The only online portion would have been a deal breaker for me if I didn't get this game on a huge discount. Because of this requirement you are unable to pause during gameplay which can be annoying if your controller is dying or you have something you need to do and just want to leave it idle. Another issue is the server "maintenance" that happens frequently. I'll often join a lobby only to find out that it'll be shutting down in 30-15 minutes. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's frequent enough to be annoying. Restarting races is easy to do during the events, but if you finish the event you need to go all the way back to the starting point. A retry option would have been nice. Speaking of annoying, I have yet to find a fast travel option. This could be user error on my part, but as far as I know you have to drive everywhere. This doesn't sound too bad until you realize there's only one garage (that I know of) in the game, and it's located to the far right of the map, meaning that if you have a drift challenge you need to prepare for that's all the way on the left side of the map you'll be covering a lot of ground just to get there. This isn't all bad as you earn experience from just driving, and the driving is fun. But the option would have been welcome. Now for the good. A lot of people will make fun of the live action cutscenes (and granted they are a bit goofy at the beginning) but the more I played the more I found the cutscenes and characters endearing. To the point where I looked forward to the next one. The music is good to drive to, but i hardly notice it during races as I'm hyper focused. Still I feel many will enjoy it. I also want to add that people have claimed this game to be short, but I have been playing for quite a while and still don't see the end in sight. There's a plethora of cars and customization options to purchase and tinker with. I dabbled with it to get a nice car with high end parts and a kickin' pink coat, but I'm sure others will get even more mileage out of the garage and it's tools. The garage also allows for easy adjustments which I used frequently when needing a more "drift" style to complete a mission. It was incredibly handy Lastly the graphics are great for 2015. The environment can get a little boring/repetitive as you'll be driving by the same areas over, and over again. But that doesn't make the game any less pretty. If you can get past the issues you'll find a fun game to shave off some free time.

Infinity Nikki10

I love this game. I couldn't put it down for 8 hours straight. It's very cute and colorful which appeals to me. The gameplay revolves around roaming a bunch of large open areas and collecting various items such as materials to make outfits with, treasure chests, Whimstars reminiscent of the collectables in other games (Banjo Kazooie, Mario Odyssey, Spyro, etc...) and glimmer, an in-game currency which can begin used to purchase various things (outfits, Whimstars, etc...)The graphics are great for a free to play title, and while I did experience some issues (momo disappearing, blurred face in one cutscene) it was never game breaking. The music is also stellar and enjoyable to listen to as you travel the vast world discovering secrets and obtaining collectables. In fact I became so addicted to collecting and exploring that I ignored the story missions for **** story itself is not particularly interesting to me, But I'm surprised at some of the dark themes it incorporates. Additionally the missions tied to the story are fun regardless of how invested into the tale you are. There's combat in the game, but it's very simple. Most enemies perish with one hit like the enemies in the original Crash Bandicoot and Spyro games, but I actually like that. Because you see...this is one of the most chill, laid back games I've ever **** I stated above you can go for hours and hours just collecting, exploring, and beating enemies with little fuss and all smiles. I haven't perished once yet so if you're looking for a challenge you won't find it here, but if you want a fun platforming collectathon then this is one of the best. Even better is it's free to play, and you don't have to spend a single dime to beat the game.

Borderlands 49

If you are a fan of Borderlands then you'll love this game. It looks good, plays great, and has what we all want. Loads, and loads of guns. The 4 Vault hunters all have their own unique play styles with a ton of customization options and a large skill tree to build a character the way you want to. Characters seem a bit weak at the beginning, but that's to be expected, and you level up quite fast. The environments this time around are more varied and seem much larger than previous games. The first area in particular is a breath of fresh air from the desert type areas often found in these games. Music is good, but I'm usually focused on combat to really get into it. The variety of guns and abilities keeps the gameplay fresh, though towards the end of the game repetition will start to set in. The villain is pretty good (does bad things to make you hate him) but he's no Handsome Jack. Better than the villains from 1 and 3 though. I said the game looks good, and it does. However I Can't help but feel it could have been better. Maybe the style is starting to grow old,I don't know. Again, if you like borderlands then you'll like this game. That'sthe gist of it.

Dead to Rights: Reckoning4
Aug 28, 2025
This game is the definition of mediocre. The game looks pretty good for PSP and the environments are varied. However the colors and textures are a bit ugly. The gameplay is the same from start to finish. If you beat one level you've beaten them all. While there is a variety of guns the enemy types are pretty much the same. All of this makes repetition set in quickly. The saving grace of this game is that it isn't very long so the dull, monotonous experience is over quickly. The story is barebone and uninteresting. Just a poor excuse to move from one place to another. I was unable to try the multiplayer, but I can't imagine it's much better than the base game. I do not recommend unless you're a fan of the series and wish to play every game in the dead to rights world.

WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers8
Jul 27, 2025
There are some technical issues at launch that will hopefully be patched. These issues are: frame rate drops, and momentary freezing.Despitethese issues the game is great. Fun and fresh combat, great graphics, intricate level design that loops back to old areas (in that soulsborne fashion) and varied locales. I find the characters to be interesting, and the bosses are some of the best designs I've seen in a Soulslike game. If I were to nit pick I would say the game needed just a few more weapons, and some may find there is too much going on in the way of combat. Even still if you are a fan of soulslikes you should pick this up. It's a lengthy game at only $50. You get the bang for your buck.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered10
Apr 26, 2025
Now this is how you do a remaster it's still not perfect, but it's the most graphically beautiful and refined way to play this classic. I Think I'd give it a 8.5 out of 10, but made it a 10 to counter balance the boys who hate that you choose body type now. It's pathetic really. If you loved the original game and want to explore it once more, or are a newbie to oblivion then you'd be doing yourself a disservice by skipping this remaster.

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape 210
Apr 20, 2025
The game is actually a6.5-7/10 but giving it a 10 to balance out the non serious reviewers here to just bomb the game for having a mostly all women cast. If you liked the first part then you'll like the second. Things ramp up much faster than in one, and choices feel even more important. You may or may not like the conclusion, but it is memorable. The game looks good, but has technical glitches (so much like the first part). If you've gone through episode 1 and enjoyed it then I can't think of a reason not to finish it off with part 2.

Game is a 7/10 But I'm rating it 10 to balance out the Anti-SJW bigots. Game is story focused with little in terms of gameplay. That said your choices matter, and the story that's being told is interesting. The core cast of characters are solid with well written, and occasionally funny dialogue. If you've played and enjoyed games like "Life is Strange" than you'll likely enjoy this.

It's actually an 8, but I needed to cancel out that bigots "woke" 0 score ( interracial couples aren't a good reason to score a game low) Its a fun game to play, great story, involved characters and decisions, nice graphics, and a decent length. There's replayability if you want to see both endings.

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door10
May 25, 2024
A remake of the best Paper Mario game ever made. This is the genuine article as Vivian's Trans Woman identity is intact for the American version this time. Great Combat, characters, humor, and length. This should definitely be a day 1 purchase for fans of Mario, the original game, or RPGs in general.

Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft8
Feb 16, 2024
Great remaster improving both graphics, and lighting. The game also adds quality of life improvements such as saving anywhere in the first game. I give it an 8 though because despite howgood of a remaster this is the controls are still wonky (Both modern and classic) If you want three fun games at a great price then don't hesitate. Ignore the misogynists who are upset because of a factual disclaimer in the game about stereotypes against women.

It's another fun story brought to you by Gearbox. Though there isn't much gaemplay it's a ride worth taking especially if you catch the game on sale. Is it as good as the first? I'm not so sure, but it's ffunny, diverse and most of the characters are likeable. It's more of a 7/10, but I'm giving it a 10nto counter balance the homophobic, Transphibic, and racists reviewers. You can tell who they are and they're not to be taken seriously.

Marvel's Spider-Man 210
Oct 29, 2023
Fantastic story with great characters, and a variety of things to do. Not sure if it's just me, but the graphics seemed to have taken a slight dip, but with a huge map to explore, smooth/fluid controls, and (mostly) great side objectives this game is one for every spider man fan, and any fan of video games in general. The diversity shown throughout resonates with me as someone who's inclusive of others. This game is packed with so much culture, love, and a sense of community that I can't help but feel good playing this game (and compelled to help the city I feel apart of). A huge complaint in the first game is that the side missions were tedious, and while some still are, most are much more fun, and don't out stay their welcome. There's a plethora of great boss fights as well, but I won't spoil those. If you like action/adventure games, and Spider-Man then this is a no brainer game to pick up.

Giving it a 10 to counter balance the sexist racists review bombing this game. They can't handle playing as a black woman apparently. The game is more of a 7. Great, fast flowing combat with a lot to do. Story is well done for what it is and the game is very pretty. Can start to feel a bit tedious later on though.
