The good: - High level of customization. The bad: - Fortnite trendy humor. I know the company looks at Fortnite and be like “That’s where the money is!” Well, Fortnite is for a bunch of ****. You know I am right. - The gunplay ****. Comparing it to Max Payne 3, Gears of War, the Last of Us where shooting someone’s limbs generates reactions, this game has none. They are all bullet sponges with health bars. Like Crackdown 3. C’mon, it’s 2022, we expect combat at least like the Farcry series with blood splatters and perhaps some bullet holes on the wounds. How about some dismemberment like in Dying light? Also, guns don’t have that powerful feel in them, they are lacking punches and details. - Don't do free aiming. At least do auto target to make your experiences better. - Graphics. C’mon, Why can’t it be like Red Dead? SR3 and this game had barely any graphical changes! This almost looks like a free to play game. Hell, even other free to play games have better graphics. - Driving. Cars reach maximum speed in like 1 or two seconds?! C’mon, every car feels like same. Why can’t each car handle like Forza? Okay, maybe just like GTA4 where you can feel the different weight of the cars in play. Each police chase has no tension or suspense because the cars are like toy cars and you don’t outrun the cops by hiding like in a corner. - Lack of blood. Man, even GTA3 had dismemberment! - Lack of outfits compared to Saints Row 3 and Saints Row 2. (Where's the Oktober Fest Lolita Dress?) - Lack of conventional cool weapons. Where's the flamethrower? - Lack of weapon customization. Can't put extended mag, scopes, stocks, and so forth. - Terrible physics. It's 2022. I'd expect cars to flip like that they do, and handle with Newton's laws. - Glitchy and filled with bugs.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla4

If you are really young, still in high school, didn't grow up with the Assassin's Creed games in the 2010s, I get it, you will like the game because yeah, that was how I felt when I first played it. Massive world, quests, combat, everything was good. Yes. I had that feeling IN 2013 when Assassin's Creed: Black Flag came out. It's been seven years and there's barely innovation. You're playing the same game but with different settings. For people who have played Assassin's Creed for the last 13 years, gaming at least for the past 20 years, Ubisoft will simply not satisfy you anymore unless they change up the formulas a bit. The bad: - The parry system has a delay. Comparing to Ghost of Tsushima where Jin Sakai instantly holds his blade up to deflect enemy attacks at the exact moment you press L1, Eivor (the main protagonist)tries to deflect an attack in 0.5 seconds after you pressed the L1 button. Not sure if this is a design flaw or done purposely, but I didn't encounter any of this in the last Assassin's Creed. - Again, the combat is rather uninspired. Comparing to Ghost of Tsushima where you get 4 fighting styles, you can equip various weapons on your left and right hand. It feels very buggy when your right hand is a heavy weapon and your left hand is a hammer. - They look most of the loot away. You can't really collect as many weapons and armor or gear anymore and compare their stats instantly in the menu now. Most of your rewards when you complete quests or raids will result in you getting more crafting components. These crafting components can then use it for upgrading. Not gonna lie, you might just happen to keep every gear without selling any of them when you complete the game. -Maps way too huge with nothing to collect. Personal preference. Since there is no gear to actually collect, it's kind of pointless to wander around and plunder. Sure, you can collect the wealth to upgrade your settlement, but it feels pointless. - Dull characters and story. The Vikings are rather honorable and tamed, and not as brutal as they are supposed to be in their historical counterpart. Though I suppose they are depicted as the actual heroes of the story so they can't have the brutality shown and portrayed in the game. In the story, you travel from one place to another, constantly having new characters shown in an area where you have to earn their for them to pledge their allegiance to you. Rinse and repeat and that's pretty the story. The amount of characters in this game makes you care less and less the more you are introduced. - Frustrating to find the treasures. Is it even worth it? So, if you are inexperienced or unfamiliar with Ubisoft games, you will love this game.

Resident Evil 38

I guess I wasn't able to play the original RE3 so I don't have my nostalgia goggles on me. You cannot compare a game two decades ago to a game released recently. The only time people defend the original in its gameplay mechanics are the time when they cannot put aside their nostalgic goggles. However, if you haven't played the original I would recommend this game, with a price drop of course. The total play time for me was 17 hours, but with clear time was 7 hours. Regardless to say, if you have never played RE3 original you will enjoy this game of course. Pretty much everything is the same from RE2 Remake, with a new dodge attack function.

Just no. This **** definitely ruined gaming for the industry. I'm quite sure what I'm about to say has already been said already. I'm just here to give it a 0.

Hitman 38

Okay, good things first. -Excellent breathtaking soundtrack. The main menu theme was very well made, in my opinion. -The levels are much bigger, and more ambitious, and more interesting, I like some of the darker tones of the storyline settings. -The story is rather quite... engaging. However, it could be confusing as to who, or what, or why are these people doing these things. All of a sudden you get a mention of a specific character from the previous two Hitman games, but for the life of it, you can't remember what she did that was significant unless you review the story on Wikipedia. -Excellent level design, story structure such as solving the murder mystery in the Dartmoor level. -Core gunplay is more or less, satisfying. Not the best, but good enough to play both stealth and action packed. Not so great things: -Only six levels (well, since if you've played the first two, you'd expect there to only be 6 levels, but huge, expansive ones.) -Doesn't exactly feel like a sequel with the all the base mechanics of the game going untouched, with the exception of a new gadget known as the camera. But then again, the camera is quite useless. -Less mission stories, limiting to sometimes 3 stories per one mission. However, two of the levels in the game don't have mission stories. -A bit too much of scripted events in I think two of the levels. You don't really get a say in these events unless you pull out your gun or witness it in dramatic fashion. They'll just happen for you to execute. I'm seeing it for sale as 30 dollars for the moment. I think it's adequately priced, given the replayability but I would wait a sale to about 20 dollars.

Pros: - Good music? Nice UK rap and drum and bass. - Good amount of clothes to customize? - Play as anyone in the streets. - Big Shaq is tight. Cons: - Very outdated shooting and gunplay. Sure, you can play as a professional hitman like John Wick but the whole thing feels very 2010. After playing The Last of Us 2 and experiencing the shooting mechanics on the Wolfenstein series, Max Payne 3, there's too much of bullet sponge enemies, not enough blood and gore, and not enough animations. The AI is just quite dumb. The stealth takedowns are just not satisfying enough. They are too effortless to achieve. The gunplay is definitely an inferior version of The Division, even though The Division was just average at best. - The sounds of the guns barely have any weight in them. Sounds just like they got audio from stock and pasted it to the game. Same goes for punching people as well. - A very politically woke game? - Barely existing story? - 30 FPS on the PS4? - The lip sync is just...terrible. - Some of the voices totally feels very automated and unnatural. - A lot of...ugly looking characters? (But then again, Ubisoft have a lot of terribly looking characters in their games) - Missions have barely any variety. Go to one place. Hack something. Use spiderbot. Stun someone. Collect something. Hear some dialogue. Move on. - The driving in the game still feels bad. Even in comparison to the GTA series, this game falls in behind. All the cars feels like they are rubberband powered, all the handling is extremely tight, no sense of acceleration as every car reaches their top speed in like 2 seconds. It just doesn't put immersion when you are being chased by Albion. Way too easy to escape and you never feel a sense of urgency. Overall, once you played the first couple of hours, I would say you've pretty much seen everything and played the whole game already.
