Another masterclass is story telling. Check the profiles of those review bombing this game, you'll see they're fanboys of rival systems. I own all 3 major systems so can be impartial. This is the definitive superhero game by far (currently). If you enjoyed the 1st 2 games in this story arc, this will blow you away.

Totally surprised by this game. I wasnt going to bother with it, but wow, am I glad I did. It just gets better and better as it goes on. You actually feel part of something much bigger. There are few games that I would say felt epic (maybe Uncharted 4?), but this delivered in spades. 100% recommended.

Great game! It reminds me of the older Battlefield & Medal of Honour games on PC. The game looks great; sounds great. The weapons are very satisfying. Battlefield is back, if this doesn't put CoD in the ground.......I don't know what will. Well done DICE!

Aliens: Colonial Marines8

I got this game on Saturday, and must say, its not a top job considering the hype and years spent on this title. They could have nailed it with a little more effort/love. Having said that I love what I have played. Like most who will buy this title after the reviews, I love the 1st two Alien movies. The graphics are fitting for the scene and im yet to see any slow down or tearing (I've been looking). The sound and music are outstanding, the atmosphere equally. If I wasnt such a big fan of the franchise or I was looking for this to be the best game since sliced bread........I would have scored it at 5/10, but as it stands, im just loving the game as a jump in and play for what it is. A solid 8/10 from me, but thats just my opinion, but as it its my cash paying for the game.......that's all that counts I guess. Lol.

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed9

Well what can I say, but what an ace little game this is. I love the likes of Mario Kart and obviously this title is compared to that series. While Its still not as good as Mario Kart (IMO) its still a fantastic racing game. Its fun, lots of fun and that is all that matters in this type of game IMO. Crank it up to "A" class skill and its also a good challenge. Great adrenaline rush on some tracks. Link the above with the fact that my local supermarket was selling it for £23.50 new, its an absolute must. The best karting game in years I think and what so many other pretenders fail at, Sonic takes a podium finish. The most fun you can have with a hedgehog & monkey without angering the animal cruelty brigade.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted8

Great racing game. If you enjoyed Burnout Paradise, then you'll enjoy this. Great pick up and play for the handheld system, but I'm sure you'll play it a lot longer than a 15 min fix. Criterion have got a lot out of the Vita with this title as there is very little difference between this and the home console version's. What is cool, is that your times and challenges crossover between PS3 & Vita with your friend's. Nice touch. A solid 8 from me. If you want a simulation, look elsewhere. If you want an arcade tarmac ripper, you won't go far wrong with this game. Be your own judge and make your own mind up, it's your cash after all.

Resistance: Burning Skies10
Jun 4, 2012
Well, I cant understand for the life of me why this game has had so many negative reviews! If you enjoyed the PS3 trilogy, then pick this up, it slots into the story at the beginning of the invasion of the US (in this case New York). I very nearly didn't bother due to the bad press it has received, but so glad I did. I haven't really spent a great deal of time on my Vita, but once I started this game (and turned down the look sensitivity) until I completed it, it was impossible for me to put it down (aside the twice I had to recharge the battery coz I ran it flat due to the time I put in to it, oh and sleep, must remember that, sleep is good, ha-ha). Its a top little game, and any Resistance fan (or FPS fan for that matter) should at least rent it to make your own mind up, I'm very very glad I did.

Mario Tennis Open10
May 31, 2012
Well I was very sceptical about picking this game up after some of the comments its received, but all I can say is I'm so glad I took the gamble. The game starts off very very easy and gets harder with each of the 8 tournaments (4 to start and 4 unlockable). There are also 4 extra character's to unlock (bringing the roster to 20), and the Yoshi hunt to collect different coloured Yoshi's, all with their own strengths & weaknesses. There is one major key factor to Mario Tennis Open, and that is that its Fun (with a capital 'F') to play. It's a great pick up and play game, and for me, its that that sets to top marking. In short, it looks looks good, it plays good and its FUN! If you enjoyed the previous games in the series, go for it and make your own mind up, I'm sure you will get a buzz out of it.

I got this game last Friday, and Im not a huge Baseball fan (im more into my footy(soccer)), but this is a top top title. Its taking me some time to get to grips with the controls (there are a lot, haha), but its a solid challenge and the presentation is 2nd to none! Any fan of the series is in for a treat with this title, awesome!

Top game (if your into football or soccer). Aside from a few features, this is the same as the home console versions. Graphics are very impressive (as is the entire presentation package). It plays well, and is no push over to beat teams even on the standard setting (easy to play, tough to master). The game work great on the hand held, and the touch screen passing works brilliantly when you get used to it!

Battlefield 310

Battlefield 3 is a stunning game IMO. The campaign is on the short side (aren't most FPS's), but one the less it gives you the feeling that your in something much much bigger. Graphics are top notch (lots going on and lots of detail). The multi player tho is where its at with BF3.......awesome. Huge maps and a vast variety of ways to tackle your teams objectives. It feels solid and the use of vehicles (choppers/boats/tanks etc) is brilliant. MW3 is great, solid single player and solid multi player, but BF3 is solid single player and amazing multi player. MW3 feels a little sluggish in its movements to me when put next to BF3. If you can own **** it, both have something to bring to the table. If you can only afford 1, my pick is BF3 hands down! Its a more polished package.

SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs10
May 27, 2011
I love tactical shooters, Rainbow Six, Operation Flashpoint, Battlefield games etc, but I have to say that SOCOM 4 is a great game. The single player mode is decent at best, but the online is where (IMO) this game excels!! Good variety of modes and detailed maps. I enjoyed MAG by these same devs, but SOCOM is where its at for me. Brilliant online game in every sense of the word.
If you like your "no tactics, run and gun" games, then CoD is for you (altho I have been very disappointed with the last 2 CoD games, not a patch on MW 1). People keep harming on about 'there's no seals in the game', well if your from the states, the game is called SOCOM navy seals, I'm sure you get to play as a seal. Around the rest of the world it seems to be called SOCOM special forces, and is localized for your country. If team work and bit of Rambo solo is your passion, then you wont go far wrong with SOCOM. Brilliant work Zipper. Collapse
