Boring game trying to win you over with graphics.Atrocious dialogue,use of modern world language in fantasy game.Linear,buggy and **** put so many puzzles in your game if you are just going to tell the hints.
I am gaming for last 30 years with at least a thousand games under my belt, There are favorite games and then there are a handful of God tier games which you keep above your favorites, A G.O.A.T OF GAMES..
OH MY GOD!!!....What is this?...Metroid is my go to games when I want to leave Earth and feel like taking a vacation on some other planet.Metroid games had the power to do it.Even new Metroid like Dread did it and what happened now?....This is NOT metroid,this seems like some modern western game.Cringe characters yapping,awful levels (i hate deserts now)...Nintendo and Sony were born in Japan but will die in California.
This game is awesome. Total immersion from proximity and generally all sounds in game. Love the maps and the ease of getting in to the game. More of a skill game than what weapon you have, Perfect. After playing, I will never blame UE5 again, all bad UE5 games are devs laziness.
My favorite genre (crpg), my favorite fantasy world (dnd) , my favorite camera perspective (isometric view) , my favorite studio (Larian) ,what else is there to say?....This is what gaming is all about when everyone is a fan ,where Larian themselves are fans of everything I mentioned above.
This is NOT Silent Hill,I dont know what this is but its not SH. It's very hard to reimagine,renew Silent Hill with the best artists with complete narrative freedom,let allone in todays day and age.Somewhere deep inside I am glad that not anyone can make Silent Hill.

Whats going **** are so many low effort ,unimaginative games are being released?...This game like so many recently released mainstream AAA games have **** the soul out of me.
Stuck on Final boss for 2 hours.I am playing games since 1995 and this game is easily the hardest for **** not hard in traditional sense but you do 5% damage while bosses do 40% damage in one hit.Best boss sequences though.
Edit- I persevered and now its my favorite game of all time.
I was so excited for this game :(, infact I replayed all previous dragon age games one after the other before playing this. What a waste, this is not Dragon Age, this is not even a good **** a cringefest struggle session, dont even get me started on cringe dialogue,...this game humiliates its **** does that?
Just played it on PC (couldn't finish because of cringe) and i couldn't agree more with OP,GOW Ragnarök is modern slop for "modern audience".Boring game written by people with agendas who are incapable of writing compelling stories and dialogue.This game is opposite of immersion.This game is opposite of cool.Goodbye Kratos.
Please ignore the negative review bombing of this masterpiece coordinated by some ideological groups.
This game is a labour of love by some of the most talented people, i just cant help but admire the effort put into this game.
5/10 for me :(.Stopped playing after a few hours,i have never played a game where everything is 5/10...from combat to performance to everything in **** mid.
All I want to say about the review bombing of this game is that most people are sheep and believe in everything they are told to believe in by the media and government.Critical thinking skills are developed by those who work hard on developing them since childhood. This game is fun,creative,refreshing,has a good and new story,very creative atmosphere and beautiful graphics.Bosses are fun and Atomic heart is 1000 times more creative than any AAA trash from established studios. A breath of fresh air.
