Fantastically eerie, Silent Hill Townfall builds on the strengths of the Silent Hill formula for storytelling while examining gameplay reminiscent of recent Resident Evil titles. The story is engaging, voice acting superb and puzzles sufficiently challenging while not being off putting. This is a real win for Silent Hill and horror fans alike.

Not Insomniacs strongest game but a fun cinematic romp. The characters are engaging and the gameplay, albeit repetitive at times, is solid. The story is well paced and, most importantly, the Wolverine power fantasy is absolutely realised. Is it perfect? No. Is it still a good game? Absolutely!

Picked this up in June 2025 after the latest title update. It’s a really solid game. I didn’t play before the updates so I don’t know what state it was in before beyond what I saw in reviews but now it’s a fun game with a good story and excellent dlc. It’s not perfect and the start is slow and not very good but once it opens up it's really fun and it’s clear that the developers have a lot of respect for the source material. Would definitely recommend to Star Wars fans.

Easily the best game I've played in a very long time. A true masterpiece in interactive entertainment and storytelling. I cannot recommend this game highly enough!
