Another great game from the psychedelica series! You can play Ashen Hawk without knowing the events in Black Butterfly but I would still suggest playing POBB first to catch more Easter eggs from the previous game. While the story might have a bit more plot holes in it compared to Black Butterfly, the characters were so enjoyable I could overlook the flaws in the writing. Jed is probably one of the most unique heroines I have ever seen in an otome game and would honestly just replay only for her.

Made me cry so that automatically makes this game a ten in my book. Would recommend this visual novel to anyone who loves mystery stories and otome players who like more plot focused games.

On an island where a strict caste system is based on the colors of its people only YOU can help them by tasting the rainbow and date all these pretty rainbow colored dudes ;D Interesting world that really focuses on romance and the theme of change.

Looks are deceiving. Do NOT let this game trick you into thinking it's just a simple gag game when it is so much more! While it definitely has its absurd moments many people expected when buying this game, once you unlock the final route everything takes a dramatic turn. I would like to explain more but it leads to major spoilers so go out and give the game a shot!

A must have for anyone who loves dark stories and romance! The story has a long common route that might seem like a chore for veteran otome players but the writing and world building is engaging enough that it never felt tedious to finish. While it is a great game so far I would not recommend this to anyone who wants a happy ending because you will have to go through the bad endings of each character before you can unlock the "good" ending which is supposedly just as heartbreaking as a bad ending.
