Cities: Skylines3
Sep 30, 2026
Cities: Skylines looks like the perfect city-building game at first. Build your city, plan your roads, manage the economy and watch it grow. But after playing for a while, you realize how much of the game is filled with unnecessary micromanagement and frustrating systems. The traffic system is probably the biggest problem. You can spend hours carefully designing your roads, only to watch the entire city turn into a traffic nightmare because of terrible pathfinding. Cars make ridiculous routing decisions and somehow manage to create traffic jams where they shouldn’t even exist. As your city grows, you spend less time building and more time babysitting garbage, traffic, public transport and countless other systems. Then there’s the DLC situation. The amount of paid content required to make the game feel complete is ridiculous. Great concept, frustrating execution, endless micromanagement and way too much DLC.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II10
Sep 30, 2026
I loved Kingdom Come: Deliverance II even more than the first game. The graphics have improved significantly. The nature are stunning. Playing on two separate maps added variety. The combat mechanics have been simplified compared to the first game, and combos have been made easier, which I really appreciated. Dialogues with other players and critical decisions have been improved. The DLCs are better and more playable than the first game. I especially loved the DLC where we unlock our own blacksmith. It's a masterpiece that truly makes you feel like you're living in the Middle Ages.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance8

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is my favorite medieval combat and role-playing game. The side quests are engaging and never boring. The combat mechanics were quite difficult at first, but they become enjoyable as you play. Our character is also the son of a blacksmith who constantly strives to improve himself in every way. It's a game that captivated me with its story, mysteries, and dialogues.

Hollow Knight: Silksong9
Sep 30, 2026
As much as I enjoyed Silksong, I have to say that I still prefer the original Hollow Knight. Silksong is noticeably more difficult, and some parts felt quite challenging compared to the first game. That said, the difficulty never completely took away from the fun. The new mechanics, abilities, movement options, enemies, and bosses add a lot of variety and make the gameplay feel cozy atmosphere, art, music, and exploration are still fantastic, and Pharloom is a beautiful world to discover. It may not have replaced Hollow Knight as my favorite, but it’s still an incredible game and a worthy sequel.

Hollow Knight10

Hollow Knight is more than just a game to me; it’s one of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever had. The atmosphere, exploration, soundtrack, combat, art style, and world-building are absolutely incredible. Every area feels mysterious and meaningful, and discovering something new always feels rewarding. It’s challenging without feeling unfair, and the sense of exploration is unmatched. The world of Hallownest feels alive, beautiful, lonely, and haunting all at once.I’ve played a lot of games, but Hollow Knight is genuinely one of those rare games I’ll never forget. Easily my favorite game of all time.
