It's a good campaign with lots of variety, but the story really misses the mark for me as hard as it tries. If an FPS campaign is what you're looking for give it a go, but don't set expectations too high.
Played this for the first time in 2021. No nostalgia or rose-tinted glasses, this is one of the best games you can play today. Fantastic map, great RPG lite elements, great boss and enemy variety. It's as good as everyone has always told you it is, and it's still that good today. Play it.
These episodes are just nonsense. I waited so long for ACT 5 to come out, but I couldn't tell you anything that's happened thinking back in 1-4 barely and I have no desire to play 1-4 again, nor 5 in isolation. It's not a good game.
The best 3D platformer I've played. VR really does add to the experience and make the game the classic it should be remembered as. Worth the price of PSVR alone.
Absolutely perfect reinvention of an old game. This and XCOM 2 are both masterpieces, I'd recommend playing this one first personally due to the story arc.
A great game let down by a poor map, and I love the map-drawing thing but getting around the world is cumbersome. And it's easy to get lost. Some great bosses though and a lovely atmosphere.
I preferred it to 2 as it has a bit more story going for it, but honestly it still doesn't really do it for me. Platinum games are too formulaic for me, with the exception of Wonderful 101
There are so many great games in this package, it can't really be faulted. My personal favourites are King Of Cards and Shovel Of Hope but it's all wonderful. So endearing, such tight gameplay.
A brilliant game where your character is the story and how you make your character will influence the game, but there's no min/maxing to be had here. Just enjoy the ride.
Proof that there is a place for 2D Sonic in the modern era, but I do think the level quality is a bit inconsistent. Those looking for a classic Sonic game won't be disappointed though.
