The game is like Slay The Spire but with an actual well writen and voiced plot and minus the rogue-like elements. The story is good and the game contains lots of real Russian folklore. There are several original and interesting game mechanics such as "demon managing" (you must choose if you will send your demons to harass other people or suffer their debuffs or find ways to mitigate their penalties) and puzzle combat. There is lots of room for roleplaying choices to become a good or bad witch. And there are many options for build/deck customization. The only cons of the game are minimalistic graphics (this didnt stop Slay The Spire from being a great game) and that the difficulty is rather easy even on the "extreme" setting. I would also love if the "sin" system had more interactions with the game play than simply affecting some dialogue and the endings. Maybe some item or card interactions would be great. Or maybe i havent gotten that far.

The game starts slow, but then you just can't get enough of the story. The characters: 10/10. The music: 10/10. The story 10/10. The atmosphere 10/10. The realism 10/10. The waifu 11/10. The combat gameplay isn't that great (AI is weak) and the sidequests are a bit copy/paste repetitive. But it's still an amazing game. Finished on Hard II in 44 hours.

Cyberpunk 207710

I am rewriting my review after finishing the game and 80+ hours in it. At first I had my doubts, but now I realize that the game is a masterpiece. I can't remember a story so good, characters so good, music so good or romance so good in a Video Game. The combat gameplay is also fluent and fun, much better than I expected. Cyberpunk is probably my №1 favorite game now (moving Mass Effect 2 and the Witcher 3 to second and third place). I have finished the game as male V, I played on RTX 2060 super. I have encountered only minor bugs, that did not severly affect gameplay. I had stable 60 fps on Ultra settings (but with ray-tracing turned off). I especially want to thank the developers for making the character Panam, who is now my favorite female video game character. And the music. The music is awesome.

Horizon Zero Dawn10

Finished the game in 69 hours on PC (all quests, all trials, very hard difficulty). Graphics 10/10, Main story 10/10, Gameplay 10/10. The weaker parts of the game are the main character that could be a bit more interesting (not just a supersmart, superstrong, supergood hero) and I think the music could be more memorable. But these are minor issues since the game is about the story and the incredible game mechanics. As a scientist I especially enjoyed sever minor ideas in the game. Without giving any spoilers: how ignorant people can worship technology that they do not understand, how the main hero knows the earth isn't flat, and the shamanistic rituals that can open certain doors. The game also has (I think) revolutionized several gameplay aspects: crafting, resource management, stealth, AI behavior, hero progression and combat variety. I don't think any game has done this so well.

Four good words: I AM THE LAW Three bad words : deus ex machina. I had to consult my inner voices before writing this review. The RPG system here is amazing and very original. The art style is nice. There are a lot of good jokes. But there is a problem with the game as a whole. In the beginning you are tricked that you playing an interesting detective story with multiple choices that will affect the ending. However, the final act reveals that this is not the case. Very disappointing ending that makes you feel that you wasted your time on this game. But the game had it's moments. It was fun to be a super drunk art apocalyptic communist cop.

This is a very interesting strategy game that has some nice new ideas, such as a nice hero and item system, a quest system and many strategical choices. However, this game should be played with friends. The AI is VERY weak. I've played against 6 AIs on the highest "Impossible" difficulty level and they didn't pose any kind of threat. They simply have no military power whatsoever. I could declare war to three factions at once and prevail. The "neutral" armies are a much bigger problem than the AI "players". Also the combat in the game is rather "schematic" and unpolished. So I carry all fights in "automatic mode" because it saves time.

There is one criteria for a good game: if you finish it, then it's probably good. This one I did finish. It's fun, it's well made, has some really good jokes. For those who love South Park I would recommend for the humor.

The game is very well made. It has good graphics (10 out of 10), it has solid action gameplay (8 out 10). The RPG element is a bit too linear, but it's not an RPG game, but an action game. The combat is a bit too easy even on the hardest difficulty, but moderately realistic. The story and NPCs are a bit boring, I would give it a 7 for the story. Also I don't get this new trend of "find 100 secret things for XP and achievements". It's not just this game but many others. Seriously, why can't a game be just about the main gameplay and not about stupid secret-room searching? Why do we get distracted by "visit this secret tomb to make a very easy task and get a tonn of XP" from the combat that is actually quite fun despite it's simplicity? I have no answer to that.

The game has an interesting plot. However there isn't much you can do to affect the plot, as it seems. The RPG system is actually very nice and original in my oppinion, as are the game mechanics (decking, spells e.t.c.). The graphics are old-school, but they are pleasant for the eye. I would give it a 8-9 if it was a bit more polished. It's a good game but don't expect it to be something extra-ordinary.

Great game with a good plot and fun action. You get to play an "a far bald American hero" with a drinking addiction who is capable of taking out an entire army single-handed. Of course the game is not realistic but it's really-really fun to play. Note that they added some interesting mechanics: when you are about to die, if you have a spare "pain killer" you get an attempt to shoot your killer in bullet time. If you do, you get waste the pain killer for "another life" and continue fighting. Oh, and it has optimized DX11 graphics, althought my GPU did overheat at first (solved by using MSI afterburner to set fans on max and reducing GPU core frequency, but thats my GPU's problem). Got the game on steam, beat the game on hard in 3-4 days, had a very good time, I recommend you do the same. I've read some negative reviews, i would like to respond to a few of them. - Long loading times? + Buy a new pc and throw your wooden garbage out. I have a core i7 2600k with a single sata HDD and GTX 570 gpu. This is clearly not a new or high-end computer. Load times take no more than 5 seconds. - Cut-scenes can't be skipped? +Yes they can. There is an indicator telling you which button to press. But the cutscenes are good and an integral part of the game, so why skip them in the first place? - Bullet time makes the game too easy? + Play it on hard or don't use bullet time. - Nearly impossible to aim. + Actually too easy. Except when you are using laser sight (for some reason be it bug or feature it gives you extra recoil). Try playing counter-strike.

Good graphics, addictive team-based gameplay, free to play with no cash shop items that affect the gameplay in any way, very good replayability, steap learning curve. The only problems are: flaming school kids in the community (but hey, this is not the developers fault!), a rather small variety of heroes (Heroes of Newearth provide much more) and a certain lack of balance for heroes (some heroes are OP). Also there is no "concede" button so you end up playing matches much longer than you should: this is probably the biggest problem, which would be so easy to fix. Despite this the game deserves a 10.

There are games and there is Art. This game is the latter. It's not just a great shooter (which it also is), but it's a game where you emotionally bond with the characters and the story, with a very detailed world, great dialogues, a couple of good jokes and easter eggs. The game is also rather bald in the way it mocks religion, racism and patriotism and portrays the early America. The gameplay itself is in perfection: the way they innovated the idea of a proper gameplay companion, the tactical combat (tears and skylines with constant lack of proper ammunition), the choice of vigor upgrades and weapons, the nice RPG elements it's all there. The difficulty is challenging on the "hard" difficulty, I died about 10 times before the last combat scene, and I was unable to finish the last combat mission on "hard" in 4 attempts (lowered the difficulty because I really wanted to find out what happens in the end). The challenge is increased due to the "auto-save" system, which I found appropriate for this game. I enjoyed everything about this game except for the ending. Without giving away any spoilers I will just say, that I find it in contradiction with the plot and simply not enjoyable with too much mysticism for my rational mind to handle. I would also like to say that the game runs really smooth on my nvidea 570gtx with no lags. I was unable to find any bugs during the gameplay. It's an example of a successfull port from the console. 10 for graphics and optimization 10 for gameplay 10 for originality and concept 10 for character and game design 8 for the plot (mostly because of the ending). It's good, just not as great as it could be in my oppinion.

The first few game sessions might be a bit confusing, but once you start understanding what is going on the game is gonna become really enjoyable. Here it is all about leadership (for the commander) and teamplay (for all the players). A commander on each team gives out orders to the squad (marines) or the the hive (aliens). High quality command is essential for victory. This game is original and best played with some friends with microphones on. The spirit of the game is similar to left 4 dead, the aliens and the atmosphere are rather creepy :)

The game is great to play with friends from lvl 1 to lvl 60 (about 3-4 days). It has nice effects, appealing graphics, dynamic combat. However, it becomes boring at lvl 60, as it gets repetitive and turns into a grinding game. Bots own the game economy, the difficulty level is mostly inadequate. Maybe future patches will change this: who knows?

The game is simply great. I liked ME2 slightly better, so ME2 should get 11, but there is no 11, so both ME2 and ME3 get 10 :) Great graphics and effects, an epic story to remember, detailed character personalities... so many sad and wonderfull and amazing moments to experience. This game actually makes me sentimental

Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition1

The game is simply not playable on the PC. 1. Did not launch. To launch had to reinstall windows live, reinstall the game, run in XP compatibility mode. Took me several hours to find out what needs to be done. 2. Outdated graphics (and I did not find a way to improve it any way through settings or by forcing) 3. Terrible interface. 4. Awful controls. I was unable to figure out how to use spells. Still don't know how to do it. These are the cons, I can't figure out any pros. Results: was really looking forward to play, but un-installed after 15 minutes of torture. The game was actually so bad I even decided to make an account here to write about it to save some people their money. Don't buy the game on PC. If you want to play the game, get it on PS3, maybe it doesn't **** there.
