An absolute perfect mature comedy. Season one was great, season 2 is better. We need more comedies like this that can still push the envelope.

还是和第一季一样的SNP笑话，但感觉本季缺少了些灵魂。大篇幅都是保守派的父亲和自由派的姐姐之间引发的戏剧冲突，妈妈则是被忽略（好在专门有一集来夸赞妈妈），John和Ted反而有点成了配角。
应该在这里就结束了，后面就接电影了。

Its comeback hits its stride with a newly confident swagger. It’s hard not to be swept along by its juvenile jollity. Just don’t mistake it for a children’s programme, or your offspring could be psychologically scarred.

Ted is definitely more watchable in Season 2, more interested in character and story than it was in Season 1. But we just wish that, while Ted himself is pretty irredeemable, we got more growth out of John rather than just a series of gross shennanigans.
